The older woman with grey roots and blonde hair, wears glasses too was extremely rude from the second I walked in there. I told her I missed a package and she said it’s not here. How do you know I didn’t even give you my name. I told her the app states it’s ready for customer pickup and she told me ok she’ll look. She then proceeded to sort packages and mail, 10 minutes later I asked for an update she said the system isn’t working…. It took you 10 minutes to figure that out? She then says the delivery driver will be there later that afternoon & I asked if she knew a rough estimate time. She told me she’s not a mind reader and it’s gets there when it gets there. I sat in the car to call UPS in the store parking lot. Not even 5 minutes later the package was mysteriously ready for customer pickup again. That’s funny because there were no UPS trucks on sight and the way the parking lot is set up I surely would have seen one. So I went back in. She asked for the name, demanded an id and asked for a signature. Then she kicks my box that says fragile on it around the counter. So hard in fact there is a hole in the box. At that point I had enough. I said to her maybe you shouldn’t work here if you can’t provide pleasant customer service. What an unpleasant experience. I will never return to this location. Disgusting

Whenever I go to the UPS on Main Street I’m always met with the most unpleasant woman working there. I was pulling up the QR code on my phone for my return which took all of 10seconds and she would just sigh loudly as if I was taking up her whole day. I had several returns, so I had several QR codes. She always makes it so uncomfortable to go in for a return. Not to mention, she answered her cellphone during the time she was “dealing with me. The only reason why I continue to go to this location is because it’s right by my house. After reading several reviews, it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to meet up with your employees and go over respect and customer service.

Excellent service, I was doing an Amazon return and within 1 hour I get a notification from Amazon saying your item has been approved for the refund, wow. Thats fast!

Stored my bags there for a day via Bounce.UPS Store staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Everything was done smoothly. Thank you for the great service.

Great place! Convenient! ...except... some loser hired by Ed Youngs True Value backs his wifes truck into a parking spot that shouldn't exist, then harasses people for the way they park. Threatening true value tickets? Or a "Tow job". Be careful, you might open your door into his wifes bumper. Then you will go to master mechanic prison!

I went in to return an Amazon package and was met with an unpleasant experience. Usually, I can go in and return a package without printing out the slip, since they scan my phone. But the man working today refused my service because I didn’t print it out, which wouldn’t be a problem if he had not been rude about it. I said “Oh usually that’s not an issue and they just scan my phone. Well, have a nice day.” When I had turned to leave, he berated me and said things like “No you didn’t and never did”, “you know how to use a printer, right?”, and swore. He continued to say he could help me if I gave him a QR code, which is what I had originally tried to provide him with.

Always get bad attitude. It's an Amazon return. Stop asking me about what I bought! Just return the package. Worst ups I've had to deal with. And it seems they have had a bad reputation for a while and nothing has changed

Conveniently located UPS store, with normally quick service. However, during a rush (or a slow/unprepared customer), it can take a long time to be served, due to there typically being a single employee working the counter.Would be nice if they could implement some type of self-scan and drop station, like Fedex and USPS have.

This location is NOT able to notarize documents, despite claims online and on in-store signage. And the very nice gentleman told me that he does not know of any of the local branches that are able to do so. He sent me to the bank, and now I have to wait until tomorrow when it is open.

Woman working was rude and glared at us before the last customer even left the counter. Would give no stars if possible. Go to a different UPS store, save yourself!

UPS stores on the whole are fine, but this particular location was not a pleasant experience. Came in with 3 packages with prepaid labels and the person working immediately gave us a dirty look and was inexplicably inconvenienced by the process of providing service. Go to literally any other UPS drop off location if you have the choice.
