Charles was absolutely amazing. He hung in there during a little software hiccup. Offered me a water and figured out how to transfer my service. Verizon Sim card and the next morning I was good to go! Give this man a raise!

My husband and I went to the Williamsville location to upgrade our phones 2-3 weeks ago. The sales rep said he would waive the activation fees, $60 when my bill comes out. I texted him as soon as the bill was available. He assured me he would go into my account to remove the activation charges. Two weeks later and I’m still waiting. My bill is due in a few days. There are calendars on the phones to set reminders. Doesn’t anyone use them? I’ll pay the bill, but I’ll be getting a different service provider. When someone says they’re going to do something, I shouldn’t have to remind them to do it, that’s not my job. I hope you enjoyed your commission Cole, because Verizon just lost a 20 year customer.

Broke my phone screen entirely, walked in and was greeted immediately. Had a new phone in hand, with data transferred over & a reduction in my bill quickly and seamlessly. I typically hate phone stores. Great experience. Give Cole a raise & promotion.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I purchased the new iPhone 16 pro max. Kaylen took great care of me and was very friendly and knowledgeable! Initially, I decided to do the transfer at home but was having trouble with the process. I returned to the store so Kaylen could help assist me with transferring everything over to my new phone. He made this process seamless for me. I highly recommend you come see Kaylen at Verizon on Main Street in Williamsville!

I needed to change account to my name due to my mother passing away. I was told by phone rep I needed to go to corporate store, which I did on Union Rd. shortly after my mother passed away, with a death certificate. I spent 80 minutes at the Union Rd. store to simply switch accounts. The in store rep told me I was all set and to expect my next bill in the mail after taking 80 minutes to make the changes.
2 weeks later I get texts from Verizon, asking for my mother, telling her should would lose access in 5 days if she didn't pay the bill. After going to the Delaware Rd. store and spending hours on the phone with CSR's and local managers, I found out they never modified my account went I went to the corporate store and wouldn't do so until I paid for the services that should have been modified in October when I went to the corporate store to make the changes.
Until today I had Verizon wireless service since 1998, I will be cancelling Fios and my cell phone since Verizon are a bunch of cold hearted jerks that try to charge people for their recently deceased parents phone that was turned off long ago. I can see why people smash stores merchandise when there sales reps are literally trying to steal from you and telling you there's nothing you can do about it if you want to use your phone.
Update: TCC replied for me to contact them to regain their trust, when I finally got a hold of them they told me that is an automated message and that they would not do anything to fix the situation. One rep told me Verizon doesn't care about their customers or their policies; but the rep made enough $ to work for them so it was OK.
Heartless company no matter what division/segment you deal with.

I just switched from AT&T to Verizon. I called this location on a weekday evening and was helped quickly by a very friendly associate named Jared. Jared explained all my pricing options over the phone and gave me his direct contact number if I had additional questions. I was able to set up a time to meet with him in store without having to wait (we got lucky with that I think). He was kind and very informative through the whole process. He still encouraged me to reach out to his contact information directly if I need anything else after the sale. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend Jared to anyone who is looking to shop Verizon services in Buffalo area.

Marcus helped us get a new phone for my fiancée after her’s broke and he was super patient and friendly, even though Verizon had some technical difficulties he was professional throughout and made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers as he worked to get our new phone online, cannot say more good things about Marcus and this store, highly recommend!

We had a great experience when purchasing family phones at the Verizon Store on Main Street in Williamsville. Lafayette Hunt assisted us in a professional, polite, and courteous manner. He is very knowledgeable about phone options, services, and he was also conscientious about our budget and what would work best for us. He allowed for a very easy upgrading process and I am grateful to him for all of his assistance. I highly recommend this location!!! :)

I wasn’t getting emails on my phone… Marcus, a worker at this location helped me, he was excellent, he’s an asset to Verizon. It was such a pleasure getting great customer service. He fixed the problem I had with my phone in 2 minutes. Thank you

We came in and were greeted immediately. We didn't have to wait, we were taken care of right away by a worker. He was very friendly and patient. He took care of our issues right away. 100% will be back.

Employees don't take accountability for inferior accesories (i.e low quality screen protectors) being sold here. Certainly not the quality customers expect from Verizon. I pay too much for my phones and internet services to accept the $h!tty customer service at this location. Lafayette gets Zero stars all across the board.
