First I'll start with the good- Vogue accommodated my tight schedule and got me in for a cut/color, then a few days later hair style/makeup, on short notice. However, I would not return based on my experience: Cut/color- The cut/color itself were fine, however at the end she blow dryed my hair with a brush. I did not ask for this so I assumed it was included, however when I cashed out she charged me the $75+$40 extra! Style- I showed her a picture of a hairstyle distinctly curled with a flatiron. She instead used a curler and the resulting look was much different and outdated. This hairstyling was for some special professional photos so I was very disappointed not to have the look I asked for. I felt the prices here did not reflect the quality of service offered.

Incredible facials. Unlike other spas that tend to focus on the massage aspect, Debbie focuses most of her time on extractions and this completely resets my skin for another 6-8 weeks. The products are clean and high quality. Only place I will go in WNY.

Teresa & Rena (and the rest of the staff) went above and beyond today to fit me in when I was in a bind! (And it was at the end of the day on a Saturday!) They were kind, so helpful and they did a great job!! I highly recommend them to others here in WNY. :)

I requested my hair be dyed the same color as my hair extensions! The color is not even close to matching, very OVER priced service with horrible results. Will NEVER be back and I will NOT recommend this salon.

Not a very comfortable salon experience. The salon is all chopped up and the nail area is very tight. The pedicure chairs are quite uncomfortable. For all the salons in Williamsville, I would pass on this one. Plus, the decor is outdated and it feels like the whole place could really use a deep cleaning and an update.

I am sure this salon was great 15 plus years ago, but it looks like it’s still stuck there. The pedicure chairs are beyond uncomfortable and cheap. The nicest part is the entry. But, it’s not clean and the whole place could use a good clean. The customer service is lacking, and I can say this because I work one of the best rated companies for customer service. I think of the show restaurant rescue, because this could be a good case for salon rescue. Appears to be many are unclear of roles and responsibilities.
