Poorly stocked. Smallest gluten free section of local Walmart's. Employees act like you aren't there for the most part and we couldn't move around because they had pallets blocking everything and it was only 4pm/5pm during the dinner time rush when everyone is getting out of work. Half the items don't have tags or posted prices leaving you to try and find someone with a handheld. The checkouts are long and the they seem to rely mainly on the self check outs.

I posted about how dead all the outdoor flowers and plants where cuz apparently everyone is too busy to water them. They should be given away to homes that would take care of them feed and water them.

I used the online shopping and pickup for the first time and I loved it. I shopped for my groceries including produce and meats and picked them up the next day at my scheduled time that I set up. The young lady named Tina who brought my items out to my car was super friendly and went over my list with me including the items she had to substitute that were out of stock. My bags were separated into bins which was nice and kept my bread from getting smashed. Tina gave me a welcome gift bag and even helped me load my groceries in to my car. oh and the 10.00 off my first purchase was amazing too!!! I am very happy and shopping this way will help me stay on budget. Two thumbs up!

Seriously Walmart on Transit rd...thank you so much for yelling at my kids and telling me what I can and cannot do with them. I understand it's customer service policy to probably not have your kids sit on the flat carts in garden, however instead of yelling if you would have offered me help once it could have been avoided. And then even at the reguster constantly yelled at my kids to stop doing something. Instead you call a manager who the runs after me outside to tell me again customer policy and offers help when I am already at my car. Thanks for getting me really upset.

Terrible online order return policy. I ordered two toys online. I tried to return them to the store. They told me that they used a third party vendor so I had to return to them. Such a joke. One was a toys r us. So I go to Toys r Us They had never heard of this before. I paid $19 for this toy which toys r us sells for $7. So they were nice and agreed to give me the full price on a gift card. The other was MayBerry Toys in Tennessee. They were not so easy. Walmart said t

on average there are never enough registers open. this past monday only 3 registers were opened at 12:30 in the afternoon!!! one of which was express, so count that lane out. it wasn't until someone started being loud about it that anything was done. at this time of year, its really unacceptable customer service. and not that they are affiliated with walmart but the salvation army bell ringer was standing outside just talking to friends on the phone while doing her job. if sh
