I was very hungry and wanted a chicken sandwich I ordered it with just chicken, but they put mayo, tomato, and lettuce. I was very disappointed.

After ordering a southwest salad in the drive through, I get home to take a bite and find a thick long piece of hair in the salad.

Absolutely horrible. I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and it was not peak time. This place is a wreck. I will not ever try again

his isn't the first time I've had a problem at this Wendy's. The first time they gave me my burger without the bacon. No biggie go back into the line and the guy tries to hand me a few slices of bacon in like a wax paper. No thanks, you can keep your loose bacon. Second time I was driving Uber when I got dinged to go to Wendy's. When I get there 5-6 min later I'm told they are closed. Wait.. I get that but why didn't you deny the order when it came through. Oh, you couldn't, because it came through before closing time. Seriously stay clear of this one if you can.

Wendy's has breakfast! I'm sure everyone else knows this, and I'm just catching up, but I'm so glad I tried it. I would have given the breakfast and the mobile app ordering a 4 out of 5 stars, but deducted a star from the attitude of the staff at this Wendy's location.I downloaded the Wendy's app and did my order from there to get a free maple bacon chicken croissant. I also ordered a meal combo of the honey butter chicken biscuit with the crispy potatoes and vanilla frostyccino. I arrived to the empty drive thru and told them I was there for my mobile order. The person taking care of me was less than friendly and when she handed me my order I said, "Thank you," and she replied with, "Yep." Oh what amazing service! The manager must be so proud of how their employees act. This isn't the first encounter of employees being less than hospitable, just an FYI. Every time I come to this location, I immediate hone in on service and every time I am never blown away, or smile leaving the area of a great interaction. Let's talk food. The crispy potatoes should be a staple and always available. These are the best fast food potatoes out there. I really loved the vanilla frostyccino. It is like an iced coffee, but better. It contains the perfect amount of everything in it, and you don't even need to ask them to add anything in. This morning I tried the maple bacon chicken sandwich, and it was good. It was a little too sweet for my taste, but I wouldn't say no to it if I went back for breakfast there. Try Wendy's breakfast, just not at this particular location.

Staff is always friendly but the especially if you use the drive thru, check your order before you leave the window. I use this location because it's convenient to work and home but on multiple occasions, orders with sauces either have the wrong sauce requested or none at all. Today ordered the "biggie bag" and when we got home found it had chicken sandwiches instead of the burger. Currently have to go back through the drive thru because dining room doors are locked with their virus precautions. If I have a craving for Wendy's in the future, I likely will finally stop going to this location because of the multiple mistakes. Thanks for reading and looking forward to this working to improve their accuracy.

A pretty black lady works some nights - she is so kind She will look right at yo and say I ck it for accuracy, too This location is very busy at off hours - FYI When we could go inside it was rather clean Would give full stars but the fries are always flimsy not crisp They do indeed seem to try

Honestly the chicken sandwiches were completely dry, absolutely no taste and they were completely out of bacon which guess what? Most of their menu is bacon stuff LOL honestly they really need to fix a few minor details like the food, if it wasn't for the customer service they would have gotten no stars...

Ordered the Spicy Asiago Chicken Sandwich, and as a mean act the staff smothered it with wasabi sauce at the drive through so I didn’t notice until later when I tried eating it, I have stomach issues, which would not have been a problem had I eaten the original sandwich, but this hurt me and has caused complications...I tried calling multiple times on different days to speak to management but no one will answer the phone there, this will NOT be the end of this situation, and I urge everyone to reconsider when choosing to purchase food there!

They haven't figured out how to make breakfast quickly. Sure, it was tasty, but not worth a 12 minute wait when I'm the only one in the drive thru line. I'll try again in 6 months after they figure it out.

Got a double stack and the 4 for 4 with a junior bacon and coke. Was told I had to wait a few minutes for fresh nuggets, not a problem. After waiting, got my double stack which was really good, fries were soggy, the coke I ordered was a Dr pepper, not a fan, and they completely forgot my nuggets. Wouldn't typically be a big deal except for the fact that I was already on the Thruway when I noticed so I never ended up getting them. I get that it's fast food and you get what you pay for, but come on. Why is there always a problem everywhere. That's why these people don't deserve more than minimum wage. All they have to do is read a computer screen and put the food in a bag.

Not a fan of this Wendy's. The woman we talked to was kind of rude and seemed bothered that she had to serve us. Also it says that the dining room is open till 10:00pm on the door... but the door was locked and they were mopping the floors at 9:20pm.

I waited with my two children in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes. The person at the window was extremely disorganized. The person on the line making the sandwiches made them one at a time. Our sandwiches and fries were cold. I asked for my drink with no ice (it had ice). I don't have fine-dining expectations when I order fast food, but I certainly expected it hot, and much faster.
