I was updated every step of the way, repairs took around timeframe that they originally expected. Being that I work a busy full time schedule, they were willing to even come in early for me to pick up my car if needed.
When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. Repair was done professionally, had a nice car wash and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well.

Dean did a spectacular job on my CRV, paid attention to every detail, and took care of the stain of the seats. and made sure it was spotless. Car washes who? i go to this location from now on. Wishing i would've done this along time ago, but i needed a quick wash and get going. The pricing? definitely affordable. “My car died in my driveway. I called AAA who sent a tech that could not get my car to start and said I would need a tow. I requested one through the AAA app and the guy came within the hour. He told me he was unable to tow my car with his flatbed because he would have to drag it and told me that I needed to request a tow with a dolly. I waited a few hours for a tow (this is from another tow company that AAA sent and not Phil's). I was told the truck was on another call and would get to me shortly (this after waiting for over 2 hours). Finally, I get a call back that they were able to get another company to tow my car but it would take 90 minutes. At this point, who cares? I got a call from Alex from Phil's. He told me where he was and that he was on his way. He came with a flatbed and was able to bring my car to my mechanic, no problem. I was amazed by the skill and artistry that he used in getting my car safely on and off the tow truck! I have a newfound admiration for the drivers. He was friendly and helpful. He was also correct in his unofficial diagnosis of what was wrong with my car. I would definitely recommend this company and this driver. I wish AAA would've sent them first. It would've saved me over 6 hours of waiting for the other company.”

“Even though I was well back from the car in front of me when a 52,000 pound truck hits you in the rear I was pushed into the car in front of me. When a 52,000 pound truck slammed into the back of my Honda Accord I did not realize the extent of the damages. But I did know where I was going to bring my car for repairs. Cannon Collision and Joe L. in Hicksville did a fabulous job making my car drivable and like new. The important thing to know is that Joe knows how to work with the insurance company who only wants to (insurance adjuster) minimize their losses.
Like for instance you should want the colors on your repair to match. The colors on my repair were perfect.

“From the moment you walk in you are greeted and immediately taken care of. I took advantage of their ongoing sale for the Gold Package paint Correction and ceramic coating. Wanted to give my 2019 Jeep a facelift after its paint job was ruined by a supposed professional and used a brush to wash my car. I was blown away how great the paint job looked after these guys were done. The amount detail they put into every nook and cranny. I have dogs that sheds alot and they were able to get it all out.It was a 3 day job, I was beyond satisfied with the work. Its been couple weeks, drove it through and monsoon and still looking clean.”
“This shop stand behind their work. I have been going to sanford for almost 8 years now. Essentially when they first opened up. They always welcome each and every customer with respect and treat every car with the utmost care as if it was their own. Recently, I had them do apply paint protection film (PPF) on my front end of my Audi TT last fall and due to unforseen failures from the PPF, they told me to come back and in the spring and they will redo it. I did just that and they redid it and it exceeded my expectations. This alone shows me that Leah, Reef and the sanford team stands behind their work.
