“All Pro is great! My insurance referred me to them and I was very satisfied. They are all very nice and respectful. They gave me a time frame for the repair and completed in half the time. “Kevin recently detailed my C8 Z06 with CQuartz Finest Reserve and not only was the work outstanding and diligent; but he took the extra time to explain the full process and provided me an entire document to care for the car going forward. He also took extra time to install side radiator covers that I had ordered separately, and did not charge me for the time it took him to flawlessly put them on. Kevin spent a lot of time communicating with me for weeks leading up to the appointment to discuss pricing, and options relative to my budget to make sure I was well informed on all of the products he uses. I will certainly be going to Kevin going forward for my future car detailing needs.. You will not be disappointed with your services!!!”

“First Class Collision went above and beyond to save my planned departure date for my vacation. I had two seized bolts on my Ineos Grenadier roof rack. Within a couple of hours they had removed the broken bolts, saved the treaded bracket, painted the scratches I had made during my attempted removal and provided me with new hardware so I could remount the rack. We are on our way without a delay. Amazing customer service! Please help support a great family owned business!”

He called me back with an answer over the weekend when the shop was closed. The customer service was outstanding! “From the moment I arrived at Master Collision, I had a great feeling. The owner, Anthony, and officer manager were very welcoming and friendly. The office was clean and organized as well as the parking lot, despite the heavy snow we had been having. From Day 1, there was constant communication by text, keeping me abreast of my car repair and insurance concerns. As promised, the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Master Collision. Service with a smile.”

“Mr. Cohen and his team are very professional and friendly. Luis, if I'm spelling his name right, was very helpful and walked me through the process of what needed to be done to fix up the scratch on my rear passenger side. Granted it was a small scratch, but, to give you a sense of the paint job they did, if the car wasn't mine, I wouldn't be able to tell you there was a scratch in the first place afterwards. The paint job was fully realized, and they even washed the car and wiped down the interior. It looked BRAND BRAND new. Highly recommend these guys if you have need of some work done on your car.”

1566 Rocky Point Rd, Middle Island NY 11953
“Delivery was super fast! The all purpose cleaner was the only cleaner ive ever used that successfully removes contaminants off wheels without effort! Ive tried washing my parents cars and removing the contaminants with just soap and never worked! It was effortless with the all purpose cleaner. Easily removes whatever is on the tires as well which sets me up perfectly to apply the nicks tire shine. The tire shine is the BEST tire shine out there. Ive used maguiars and chemical guys before and they shine but nicks doesnt just shine. It adds a beautiful gloss!!”

“Really pleased with the kind and professional service I received. I messed my new car up and it was completely my fault. I was feeling awful about it and Joe was so reassuring and supportive during the process. He dealt with my insurance and made my car look better than before the incident. I hope I never have to use them again, but if so, I would not hesitate to return!”
