Come here they don’t help there just rude ,this Indian lady who just knows how
To yell at people please fire her she should not be working there bad behavior and not good service
Please don’t come here go to a better bank .

I don’t tend to write reviews. But this location and the manager of the employees need to be reviewed. Incredibly unhelpful and hostile individuals. Today’s event started with an employee who was in casual attire and not wearing a name tag, whom refused to assist me & pushed me onto Nancy. Who must have either had a bad morning or went off the toxic words of her colleague whom upon my last interaction and withdrawing a couple thousand dollars didn’t greet me and I asked her why? She said she doesn’t have to greet people, that’s not part of her job description. (Strong racist tones with this one) Well since I got bumped to Nancy and they wasted my time discussing to themselves why, I asked Nancy what’s her name? She said that’s confidential & I can ask her, then I said but you’re supposed to have a name tag, yours is right there. I asked Nancy for the managers information and she too said she can refuse. Well after walking over to the first teller and talking a little loud (she couldn’t give me her name as she was now with a customer) I was given the managers information. Thankfully it’s a bank and everything is recorded heavily. Will escalate this as far as I can, and obviously based on the reviews here. Someone’s not doing there job
Card they gave me, customer service isn’t an available phone line anymore and Gwen whom I recognize by voice ironically answered (teller #1)
Then gave me a number to the Levittown branch. Funny stuff

Donna is the worst person to be in Banking Service . She had a very rude tone and sounded very impatient, not friendly and did not answer my simple question about Direct Deposit. so unprofessional. My family and I have large deposits with COB. I am very disappointed with the service I got.

Customer service does mot exist, ATM machine is friendlier than tellers and manager .The drive up is closed more than it is open .Closing my accounts next week

Very quick service and friendly staffs. I opened an account with no issues. Everything is online. No paperwork was given though like other banks. You need to go on the website to search for answers to your questions. I took off 1 star because this is a do it yourself kind of bank.

This location and capital one in general does not care about their clients. They were unable to help me send a bank check to another party. The Internet was not allowing me to do it and they were being very difficult. Extremely unhelpful and to be honest I plan on taking all my assets out of this bank very soon

The line is very long and one cashier. One was at the window doing other things. The sad thing is I went to Mineola (closed and now Northwell). Today I tried Oceanside (permanently closed). I still can't cash my check. Thinking about changing banks. I loved the Albertson branch which they closed.

I'm going to have to agree with the other reviews. This bank is very poorly managed. The lines are always so long and they usually have only 2 tellers working while another couple just stand behind there doing other things. It's not going to get any better with the other local branches near the area closing down. This branch could be next. Also, instead of adding more help, they try and convince you to use the ATM. How about you hire more help? If I wanted to stick my money in a machine, I'd go to Atlantic City Borgata!!! I think I may have to switch banks soon....if these lines get any longer I'll end up waiting in Rite Aid!!!! Only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because most of the workers are nice.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS BRANCH UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO WAIT ON LINE! I love capital one bank...butI absolutely hate this poorly managed branch! I went into this branch today to get a sizable amount of cash.. and I waited... and waited...and waited.. as two "ambassadors" were shadowed by the manager and another teller/ambassador.. 20 minutes later... no one on the line had been helped.. so I asked them to open another window.. the manager came out and asked us who wanted to make regular deposit or withdrawl So I said I would like to get cash... so he told me that I can go use the ATM (after I waited 20 minutes online) or I could just continue waiting... So now I used the ATM and now I had to walk around with a sh*load of 20 dollar bills because the manager DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE A BANK..Find another branch
