Worst ever. Opened an account expressing the intent was to wire large sums from realtor deal. Wire transfers declined to probationary accounts would have been something to mention. Branch managers are condescending, patronizing and unhelpful.

Every experience I've ever had here has been great! Today I needed some lost checks canceled and Sharma helped me. Her customer service was amazing, super helpful, and friendly.

Most of my Chase reviews are the same because most of the branches operate the same. This is a good bank with good people and a passion for service. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and on-line banking. Since I also come here for business banking I visit the branch a bit more than I used to. This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. I tend to use the auto-tellers more these days since I am just depositing or withdrawing. It definitely makes it easier. You also don't increase the line for people who need or like to work directly with a live teller. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a great team of people.

Their was this tall white male i had ask that "excuse me I need help” while he was chattering away for no business related with someone, he said i am talking with him right now and i felt like that was rude. They were talking for a long time just laughing and chatting. Like you’re there to work,not have fun,and if you’re not interested into your job then leave because that was unprofessional. I never came across a rude chase worker.

The outside atm is never working. So inconvenient and makes me wonder what’s the point of having chase if it’s not a quality bank

The drive-through ATM never works. Don't waste your time. Otherwise, the people who work there are very lovely and friendly.

By far the BEST branch of ANY bank!!! The staff really cares and tries to help out with any and all transactions , problems, and concerns! The highlight of the branch is Sandra! She goes aboveand beyond. Best experience ever!

I just came in to this location asking for a service. The lady who I met with was very rude and unwilling to help me with my request since she kept asking me for things I didn’t need in order to get what I needed. As a resident I only needed 2 forms os ID to be added in a bank account instead she kept asking me for more things and she was kind of concerned because I wasn’t not a citizen. Even though my husband told her he was and I was a resident. She was very rude!And please if you don’t like to work in the customer service field or if you don’t have patience and good attitude to deal with customers please don’t apply for a job that involves it you will make the entity look really bad.Not a very good experience at this place!
