This shop is fantastic, best in the neighborhood. Even if you are walking in for just one thing it is always a friendly experience like my previous encounter with Basil. Both Mike and Basil cater to their customers needs and always answer questions about any of the products. Highly recommend.

The guys who run this shop, Mike and Basil, know exactly what their customers are looking for and provide the best customer service I've seen at any smoke shop yet. Fantastic experience and Basil helped me pick out exactly what i was looking for. 10/10 customer service.

Really great place. Mike and Basil are always amazing goes above and beyond to help me. Such humble people they make you feel so comfortable and will answer any questions you have. I go in for one thing and end up talking and hanging out! Highly recommend this place to everyone.

This cigar shop is great! Owner makes you feel comfortable and he explain everything to you with no Attitude, his cigar Selection is pretty big with a wide variety of other products too honestly I have to say ALL his pricing is cheaper then the other Neighborhood smoke shops!!Thanks mike

I've been coming here since I was 18 years old!!! Love the smoke shop and both the guys in here are awesome and really helpful and and know alot about this stuff !! I recently bought a torch in here and he was able to help me out with another one 100% right away even tho he didn't have to do that only smoke shop i go to unless im away!!

I bought a puff bar twice from this store, and both times the puffbar died in less then an hour. They offer receipts but they don't allow exchanges or returns after selling you defective items. I asked the attendant to contact the distributor to tell them that their items are defective, but his response was that I should call the puff bar company for a refund. Clearly they DONT CARE ABOUT SELLING DEFECTIVE ITEMS. service with a smile isn't worth it you're getting swindled out of your money.
