I have not had interaction with the agent often, so I cannot speak to that "experience." This is probably a positive since it means that I have not had to worry about my policy or issues with payments. Mr. Feld has been available when I have reached out to him and has tried to address what issue I had at the moment. So, the overall experience has been a good one.
