I am so glad that I met Joshua! My 6yo Dell laptop was giving me a weird error message about my power adapter not being recognized. This laptop has never given me any issues so I was so hoping that it would be an easy remedy. Quick background info...I originally brought my laptop to the other location in Great Neck, but Daniel just read the error message and said "it was fine." He never even touched my laptop or tried to diagnose the issue. I left the store not feeling right with his assessment and was even wondering if I should just buy a new laptop. Well, I am so glad that I didn't give up on it. My brother-in-law told me to try this location as Joshua had fixed things for him in the past and he was happy with his work. It took Joshua 5 seconds to diagnose the issue...the charging port was broken. He told me to ask Dell if they could send me the part. I got the part today and brought it to him. He fixed it in 30 minutes. Amazing! Thank you, Joshua!

Let me just say my experience today was horrible!! First off I had to hang on the door even though they were supposed to be open. I had to call for an employe to even show up and then I was told there is no way I could fix it. When I asked all they said was there is nothing. But i guess they don't realize they could have told me to replace it. The last two times I was here they charged me 400$ for a small crack in my dads ipad. And when I got my ipad fixed I was given a estimate of 1 day and 4 days later I got my ipad back. I have to say this was one of the worse experiences I have had getting a device fixed. Also they we're very rude when explaining it to me what was wrong.

Saved my crushed phone today that got shut in my car door 15 minutes before they closed today after a stressful day! Miracle workers!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Will try to keep it brief but this store saved me tremendously: Phone fell in a pool while in vacation, I took it to Apple locally when I got back and they agreed the phone was on and most likely working (haptic feedback was on but no screen) but also said the lightning port was broken as they got no reading from it. I took it the next hour to repair sharks and within 2 minutes, the lightning port was working. The solution: clean dirt and buildup from the port….. I bought a new phone already and was hoping to get all my data transferred from the broken phone to the new one (over 10k+ pictures potentially were gone if the data wasn’t going to be recovered) the guys at the store worked with me and made sure we would find the most optimal solution. They went above and beyond making sure the data would transfer and everything was taken care of, even staying after store hours with me. I am very grateful to the guys here as they got me back countless photos of precious memories that would’ve been lost otherwise. Apple couldn’t help and referee me to a data saving company that would have costed a few THOUSAND DOLLARS. Instead i got it done for an exceptional price here, laughably cheap compared to what others would’ve charged. These are honest and knowledgeable men. I definitely know where I will be going with future electronics problems and where I will be referring people.

I just visited these Sharks for a new issue and they fixed my daughter's phone for a very fair price.She is SO GRATEFUL to Josh and Repair Sharks. We thought the phone was finished, but they gave it a new life!We just want to give a shout out and thanks to these fantastic guys and the very helpful service they provide.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I like to tell you about myexperience with repair shark in Williston Park. They arethieves, they will break your phone and say a part is onback order, never to fix it. They also put low qualityparts in your phone that burn out in 3 months. I went torepair shark for a crack screen , they fixed the screenand broke my front camera, also 2 months after theyfixed the screen my phone started going in and out ofservice due to a low quality screen , they replaced thescreen and 2 months later the phone has lost receptionagain. They are now refusing to fix it and even goinghas low to say I broke my front camera before Ioriginally went there and everything I am saying is a lie.I truly hope karma comes around and puts him out ofbusiness

Jay and Josh did a great job on my computer repair. Came in with a corrupt operating system on my laptop and they were able to backup all my data, restore the laptop back to its original condition and update windows for me. They completed the repair in 2 days which I was very happy about. I've used their other shop as well. Great service, thanks!!

Repair Sharkes in Williston Pk is a gem. I have gone there a number of times. They are nice, knowledgeable & honest. I was told not to fix a phone & that it should be replaced. How many repair shops would do that?

Came here to repair my fiancé's broken iPhone screen. He was super helpful, and got it fixed within 15-20 minutes! Definitely recommend over waiting forever and having to deal with Apple

The best repair shop! The owner is the most sweetest nicest person and it’s the best place to go to get your phone fixed! Has great prices and great quality! Fixed my phone perfectly and did it in ten minutes. Highly recommend!
