After keeping the bank for 30+ years ! Notes the front line Service is the WORST ! If a Customer has Make a deposit it really turns the customer DOWN ! Being a Federal Employee, has a standard of measurement with “ How to keep positive with their customers “ . The facility manager needs to have training for the tellers in the front line ..!

I was trying to open an account online and I was getting some issues and then I called the bank and the representative name was Mina and she helped me so professional and the whole Bank was so friendly she answered all my questions patiently and set up everything for me I recommend everybody to try try this Bank because they have a promotion going on thanks a lot

Highest interest rates!!! Don't get back to you!!! Keep clear of them!!!!! Contacted them several times by phone, no answer. Contacted them by email no answer. They will lend money to any dealer!! Even if you have top credit score!! But interest rate will be 12.8% or more? Figure that out?!?!? What is this company doing???? Yes!! Ripping people off!!

Our family moved back to the area in 2017. Since then, this bank and the tellers, staff have been efficient, accommodating, professional and welcoming. Any few issues we had were resolved and we thank them for their continued assistance.

Once again, Santander Williston Park dropped the ball - customer service is non-existent. They promise you someone will be in touch in a few days, it's now day seven and still waiting. Run away from this banking institution. Major disappointment.

Evelyn helped my cousin in Argentina open an international account and he was incredibly impressed with her attention to detail and concern for attending to all aspects of the transaction. The card had to be expedited, and while mail to Argentina is usually a challenge, everything went smoothly thanks to Evelyn and the branch manager, Dan. Thank you so much for everything! Kudos to Evelyn for providing excellent banking services!

I came here to deposit see money into my Santander account and when I finished, I realized that I really had to use the restroom. I asked the tellers inside if they had one and they said it wasn't really for public use, but if it's an emergency they will let me use it. Yes, it would be nice if they had a public restroom like TD bank, but I thought it was very nice that they helped me out, they could have just said no and made me go somewhere else. So, shout out to Diana for leading me down to the restroom. I also love how Santander has no fees of you use the account once a month, they also never charge overdraft fees, Chase charges $34 per overdraft.
