“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My son has been at Tiny Tykes since April and he has grown leaps and bounds. When he arrives, he is so excited to see his classmates and happily runs into the classroom. Everyday they do fun activities and lots of arts and crafts. The school has many themed activities for the month and the curriculum is great. My son’s teachers are kind and hands on and I never have any worries that he is in good hands. Miss Chrissy and Miss Jeanne run an amazing school and we look forward to sending our other son there when he is old enough. Tiny Tykes is a wonderful place!!”

“As a mother, entrusting someone else with the care of your child is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do. It is even worse if your child has a disability with a severe speech delay. From the moment I first stepped into The Learning Center Academy at Oceanside, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace. The bright, cheerful classrooms, the smell of fresh art supplies, and the warm greetings from the staff instantly told me this was more than just a daycare.

Miss Kim who gave me the tour was phenomenal. She was patient and attentive to what I had to say about my son. When I told about his autistic diagnosis, she did not flinch. After 4 years on this journey , I am used to people losing their enthusiasm once I tell them that my baby is autistic. Miss Kim asked specific questions to help address Zac's communication and developmental needs without making me feel that my baby didn't belong.
The teachers and staff here are truly something special. My son's face lights up every morning when we pull into the parking lot, and that’s how I know he feels safe and loved here.
His classroom teacher Miss Aneeza is the sweetest. She truly bonded with us from day one. We have only had one incident since we started, and it was handled with such professionalism and care.

Every day, I receive updates, pictures, and little stories about his day—what he learned, the activities he enjoyed, what he ate, how much he napped and even the silly moments that make him laugh. I get updates both through the app and another verbal report at pick up.
The curriculum is engaging and creative, yet the environment is relaxed enough for children to explore and be themselves. I watch my son becoming more confident about exploring his environment everyday. That again tells me he feels safe and loved.

They serve a well balanced meal and 2 healthy snacks. My son does love to eat, but he can be picky. So I pack a backup up nut free lunch in case he doesn't eat what is served. His favorites are the whole grain pizza and whole grain pasta with sauce lunch.

What I love most is the way they embrace every child’s individuality. They celebrate diversity, encourage kindness, and teach values that go far beyond ABCs and 123s. My son is autistic with very limited verbal and social skills. The staff always greets him and speaks to him like they do with every child even when he doesn't respond. And when he does respond, they get so happy and they praise him for trying. Seeing their face when my little one gives a verbal respond tells me that they care about the same things I do. They encourage him to play with other kids, but they also allow him his own space to be alone.

If you are a parent searching for a place where your child will be loved, inspired, and supported every single day, I cannot recommend The Learning Experience in Oceanside enough.”

“Almost 2 years ago we were looking for a school for our daughter to attend. We have a nanny so we did not need a day care. We looked into 3 places, South Shore being one of them. South Shore had a warm and friendly vibe. They have actual little classrooms! Other places we visited had more of a day care vibe. Something we did not want. The teachers, assistants and office staff were kind, helpful and patient with me. I was a nervous wreck sending my only child at almost 2 years old to a place away from home but my husband and I knew she was ready to be in a school setting to learn more and to be in social situations. We could not be happier with the teachers and staff at South Shore! As a teacher myself, I am beyond impressed with the many different academic activites the teachers do with the children. Their curriculum truly covers everything. Our daughter is more than prepared for UPK (which she is attending at South Shore) and has made many friendships. She even attends camp there and LOVES it!”

The program is led by certified teachers and thoughtfully designed around a play-based model that supports social, emotional, and academic growth in a developmentally appropriate way. Mrs. Testa and Miss Megan are incredible—loving, caring, kind, patient, and deeply attentive, fostering an environment where each child feels seen and valued. Special Days are an opportunity for parents and caregivers to be a part of the magic in the classroom, creating a strong sense of connection and trust. The enrichment program and extended day opportunities are a huge plus, offering engaging activities that genuinely enhance the children’s experience. St. Mark’s also offers spacious indoor and outdoor playgrounds so they can stay active and explore year-round. Weekly music classes with Miss Krysta are another highlight! Most importantly, the focus on social-emotional development has helped my son build confidence, kindness, and independence, while preparing him for the demands of kindergarten. We couldn’t recommend St. Mark’s more highly.”

“When my kid was 1 I had such anxiety finding proper care and finding people that I could trust leaving my kid with.. so if you are a mom like me I’m here to reassure you that Meacham child care is the best place for your kid. My kid is 2 and talking at a 4year old level. My kid is 2! And counting by 2s. So you know there actually learning in this facility. If your having troubles potty training Meacham child care offers assistance. If you’re a working parent they have time frames where you can pick up your child at 5pm. They do come home with homework in their workbooks which is a one time fee, yet you absolutely CANNOT put a price tag on your child’s education and progress. They wear uniforms so no need to worry about what they’re going to wear everyday. They accept kids from 6months to 4yrs old. There are parties, parades, and even a prom when their going to graduate..I mean it don’t get no sweeter than that..oh and there is also SUMMER CAMP. So if your a worried mom like me worry no more because Mrs.B the sweetest most understanding Jamaican owner and Mrs crystal all the kids favorite and Mrs Kelley the kids hype woman. Trust they will take great care of your child. Enrollment is open get a tour visit the school I promise you you won’t regret it.”

My son attended both during camp and during the school year and only have the highest regard for Lori and her amazing team. My son saw noticeable advancements in all phases of life due to the diverse curriculum that's provided in Ms Stacey's class. Could not recommend Bright Star enough!”

“The Goddard School of North Bellmore is an incredible school for early childhood centered around development, community, and excellence. The teachers and administrators are all incredibly invested in the children and it shows through each interaction they have with the students and parents. Our children's days are filled with learning, arts & crafts, music, imaginative play & outdoor time. The facilities are top notch and the school is very clean at all times. We have been very pleased with our experience at the school so far and our children are always happy to see their teachers and friends.”

“We had an amazing summer at Red Robin’s camp. There were so many fun activities for the kids - crafts, nature, sports, swimming, etc - as well as special theme days. It’s clear that the directors and every staff member cares about the campers and have a vested interest in their happiness. There are small groups and consistent counselors thought the summer so they really get to know the kids (unlike other camps where counselors can change multiple times in a summer). My child can’t wait to go back next summer when he will be old enough to start going on some of the day trips. My only regret is not finding Red Robin prior to this summer.”

“I have been so happy with Harbor Child Care in Herricks. My daughter LOVES going to Daycare and I know that she is being well taken care of and learning a ton. She loves to come home and tell me about everything she did. Everyone who works there is so friendly and always has a big smile and warmly welcomes you. We both love her teachers. She loves the food and the field trips they take are great. I highly recommend them, I am so happy I switched from my previous daycare”

“Best place for you children! Amazing teachers, great curriculum and activities, cleaned and safe place, warm and healthy meals prepared at their kitchen and very positive and supportive staff overall. Had my son for one year at Kiddie (at Ms. Dyamond and Ms. Ari class, who are amazing teachers) and saw him happy and thriving every day. I was not recommended by anyone for this place, was just looking for daycare for my son and went for a tour at Kiddie and liked it since the first time I saw the facility and staff there. Would have been continued sending my son again at Kiddie Academy of Floral Park if we didn't move from Queens. 100% recommend.”

“This is our sons 2nd home! Being new to the area we were worried about my son adjusting but Ms Joanne and Ms Johnna have been an absolute delight. The space is cozy yet vibrant, they keep him engaged all day and he comes home happy and with tons of arts and crafts he prepared throughout the day. “My son goes to this daycare for over a year now and I’m so grateful for the amazing staff. As a first-time mom, leaving my child every day wasn’t easy, but Ms. Joanne, the director, has truly made me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning. She is kind, understanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the children and the families.
All the teachers are wonderful. They are patient, caring, and my son clearly feels very comfortable with them.
Another great thing is that parents have access to the cameras, which gives me extra peace of mind during the day.
The only thing I wish they offered is a meal plan for the kids, which would make things even easier for parents. “Kids Campus has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff creates a safe, nurturing, and well-structured environment for the children, which gave me a lot of peace of mind as a parent.

One of the things that stood out most to me was how my son would light up when he saw his teachers each day, especially Ms. Yassandra and Ms. Ashley. It was clear that he felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for in their classroom. Seeing that kind of connection between teachers and children means everything to a parent.

I also truly appreciated the great communication and updates the team consistently provided. As a parent, those updates were very comforting and helped me feel connected to my child’s day and confident in the care he was receiving.

Leaving Kids Campus was not an easy decision for us. The only reason we transitioned was due to a change in my work assignment and the need for childcare closer to our home. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed.

I am very grateful for the patience, care, and attention the entire team provides to the children. I would absolutely recommend Kids Campus to any family looking for a warm, supportive daycare environment.”
