“Good place that has all your needs. Staff is friendly and helpful.
My only gripe is the hours of operation are completely random. Some days it's open at at 10am others not til 4pm or later it seems without any notice.”
“It is incredibly rare that I will write a review. The only exception is when I receive exceptional customer service which is exactly what just happened today. I walked into Tobacco Road in desperate need of a new scent. Despite how many times I asked for assistance and tried multiple oils, Dee not only met me with kindness and patience, but when I told her that I didn’t want to continue to trouble her for help, she reassured me that I wasn’t inconveniencing her in anyway!
Since I had additionally ordered lotto tickets, I had to then go to the ATM to retrieve funds. By the time I turned around, Dee had very proactively pulled out 7 additional oils for me to try and one of them was absolutely perfect for my needs!! She did not give up until I was satisfied.
Her stellar customer service along with the customer service of the entire staff was so welcoming, inviting and warm and I will be a lifelong customer for it…”
“Truly a Hidden Gem ? stocking the best selection on the island, including rare cigars for the aficionados. The owner is very hospitable, allowing us to stay late until the World Baseball Classics finished. The guests are friendly greeting everyone, it makes you feel like you’re actually at Mom’s. Mom’s is one of those timeless classics that’ll have you coming back twice in one week.”

“Little Cigar Factory was a HUGE hit at our wedding on New Year's Eve 2025 and it looked so beautiful set up in the outdoor tent at our venue. The team was professional and brought a gorgeous set-up to make the cigar bar shine. They even taught us (bride & groom) how to roll a cigar and we got some awesome content from it. A must-add activation for any wedding with the ability to go outside + enjoy cigars or use as a take home gift!”

“I've been many Smoke Shops but I have to say this one sticks out over the majority of them. The place itself is very clean and kept very organized. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer some of the lowest prices around. They also have a really nice humidor with a lot of different choices. Since finding this place not too long ago, I plan on coming here on a weekly basis. I used to order everything online, but since I found this place, I much rather go in person. I highly recommend other people check this place out, because I promise you, disappointment will not be there.”

“Harry is an absolute gem! This is an excellent spot to find the perfect cigar. The atmosphere is ideal whether you want to enjoy a relaxing cigar on your own or spend time with friends and family.
They have a huge variety of cigars, and I highly recommend trying Harry’s own blend. As a bonus, it’s BYOB — Harry even suggested we walk across the street to 7-Eleven to grab ice and mix for our drinks.
He took us into the humidor and personally recommended a few cigars based on what we were looking for. We wanted something mild and smooth, and he absolutely delivered.

“Excellent food, varied, fine and good grilled breast, the real large, yellow Dominican tostones, steamed salmon, salads, specialty in pork cracklings and roast sweet potatoes, Salvadoran food, green, parboiled and Russian salads, various types of rice, fried, baked and stewed chicken, you have to go to try and taste a good meal at a super low price. I give them a 10 and more from there. The service is excellent, they treat you like family, oh, and the coldest beers of all the wineries. Don't stop going, you won't regret it.”

“I regularly drive 20 mins to shop here every 6 weeks or so (passing many other similar stores). They sell some hard to find items so it's worth it to make the one trip and stock up. But the biggest reason is I've never felt like the weirdo for asking if they had something. Some places it's way too uncomfortable to ask for certain things- but here it's just another day and you're just another customer. I don't understand other stores where the cashier will give you a look or talk low to their friend when you're buying something they're selling in the first place. I've spent a small fortune here just because they're so nice. Thanks guys!”
