Today at 8:50 am I received a text that my package arrived at Williston Park P O . Went to the Post Office at 10:00 am looking for the package and was told it arrived in a pallet and needed to be sorted. Once sorted I would receive another text and then would be able to pick it up. At 3:29 PM I received a text that it was received at the location meaning they had sorted it out. When I call d I was told that it will be delivered on the route the next day. The other issue is we receive our mail after 5:00 PM. So with this said, a package will be delivered 33 hours after it was initially received. Raising prices will not save this institution, they need to demonstrate competence at their job which I doubt they can do.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this USPS location. The employee, Ronnie, was both rude and unprofessional. He did not provide the level of customer service expected at a federal establishment. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not represent what USPS stands for. I hope the management takes necessary actions to address this issue to prevent future customers from having similar experiences.

Ronnie at USPS Willis Ave location was not polite to the customer. He had an attitude every time I dropped off a package there. Clerk at Albertson USPS has one of the best customer service, always nice, greeting people and helping customers. I would go to Albertson location if I were you.

Horrible customer service Ronnie must really hate his job cause he is so rude everytime you go there never fails. It’s almost if he hates life in general. That man needs to retire already. I will be taking my packages elsewhere from now on.

The lady with green/blue hair gave me a problem with each package I had. Her job is only to scan it. Horrible. I been using other post offices and never had any problems. She even made sure I will get charged extra when I had a ready prepaid label. Never go there again!
