Nothing short of a positive experience for me.I was well informed about each step and they were always on time.I had an old shed removed, prepped the land and delivered the crusher stone.I love the new shed.Everyone I dealt with were professional, friendly and outgoing.

I purchased a shed in mid April and was told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks, but it took 9 weeks for delivery. They blamed it on the weather, but they advertise “We schedule your delivery rain or shine”. I feel like 9 weeks was not an acceptable delivery time. When I asked if they could take something off for the long wait, I was told no. Also, I called repeatedly throughout the 9 weeks and no one returned my calls. Poor customer service.

Eric and his team at Garden Time Outdoor Structures provided fantastic customer service and communication throughout the entire project of purchasing our tiny cabin. We initially chose them based on their excellent reputation as a long-standing local business, and they truly lived up to it. From the very start, we were treated like family, and Eric ensured that the buying and delivery process to our challenging Adirondack Mountain location went smoothly.
We really appreciated that Eric took the time to listen to our specific requests and provided valuable feedback, ensuring we ended up with exactly what we wanted. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Karen and I want to thank Eric, Adam and the rest of the team again for making the process so enjoyable. We highly recommend Garden Time Outdoor Structures!

My shed was installed and the ramp now dropped from its previous position so I cannot drive my tractor in. I have asked for someone to come and see how the problem can be fixed. I have heard nothing in a month after three visits to the Halfmoon location.
Requests for someone to come and see what needs to be done have not been answered.

We recently purchased a small barn from Garden Time and couldn’t be happier with their service, choice and quality of products, and great staff. From our first visit to installation of barn, everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a very well-constructed building and staff who expertly place it on your sight. We can’t thank them enough for such a positive experience!

Beautiful flowers, but a bit on the pricey side. They do have a nice guarantee on thier plants, that makes it a bonus!

Chuck, Rob, John, and the delivery driver George, all did a fantastic job getting my small cabin built, and delivered, to an Adirondack Mountain side site, that was not easy to get to. Chuck worked with me through the building process that was held up by supply chain issues, etc., but it all worked out nicely. It was easy to get a hold of Chuck and Rob at the office for questions, and there is no site location that John and George can't drop a structure on. Thanks.Services: Shed delivery

I knew I was in the right place plenty of sheds and Neatly displayed we had a great experience From Chuck the sales specialist and john the site man To Justin and Tom The delivery men all very nice and knowledgeable and Very Professional and most of all straight forward and they kept us informed during the whole process So give them a try you'll be happy you did

Super nice people, from the phone call to buy a coop, to the person who delivered it. Absolutely loved them. The coop is built so well and was very reasonably priced. Can't say enough good things about Garden Time.

Site prep very professionally done. Installation was an absolutely amazing procedure to behold. Use of the trailer and the mule was mind-blowing to see how carefully the shed was moved into position on the new gravel pad. These guys are real pros.
