“A very clean facility, and customer service is excellent. The office has different hours but phone help is only a call away, and is very helpful. Management is very helpful, and the facility is very clean. Rates aren’t bad, my only issue is the location. It’s a little far from my house! I definitely recommend.”

“We loved the space (20x30). Had a few issues with the doors. One didn’t lock so we put in a request to have it fixed. Waited 2 months for that to be “repaired”. It still never locked so I’d use vice grips on the inside to lock it down. The man door would stick badly. Which obviously caused a problem with getting to the vice gripped door. I put a request in for that and it was never taken care of. Then they raised the rent (every 3 months) So we had two doors which neither worked or functioned properly. Never got a key for the lock on the man door and was asked to return it. Never had an initial walk through or a final walk through. The company next door has a dumpster in their unit. Ran over a few screws and would constantly find them parked in front of my door in the morning while they smoked weed. Only reason I’m leaving this review is because I keep getting emails to review them. I wasn’t going to but maybe they will stop now.”
