I CANNOT express how amazing and personal the experiences we've had at Albergo are! From the gorgeous huge cottage rooms, to accommodating our 165lb dog, and not to mention the amazing breakfast/brunch they have on site. Marianna and Leslie are the ultimate hosts and definately are always available to accommodate in every way. I wanted some coffee after hours and she brought me out a full fresh carafe! There is NO BETTER place to stay in Windham. I will never try to stay anyplace else.

This was the cutest hotel! Nicest staff, one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve ever had, and really lovely rooms. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend. The grounds are beautiful, lots of comfy and cozy places to sit outside and enjoy. The staff are lovely and the food was amazing. Breakfast was incredible, the bed was also super comfortable.

Albergo Allegria is one of the most magical places I have ever had the good fortune to experience. I've been a guest multiple times and each visit is indelibly memorable. There are a thousand charming B&Bs, but they do not have Lesli and Maryanna at the helm. There is a warmth and genuineness that these hosts possess that extends to all their staff. It leads to an immediate sense of gracious welcome that enhances a physical space that is exceptionally beautiful, comfortable, individual and altogether unique. Breakfast is homemade with care and attention and the personalized recipes are delicious beyond measure. The nightly experience around the roaring firepit is especially magical. The grounds are spacious. This place is a gift of grace to anyone lucky enough to stay here.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable B&B! The family that owns it is so sweet and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There is tons of outdoor seating on the porch and around the property—very relaxing and beautiful! The breakfast was fantastic and unique. We really loved it! The eggs were so fluffy and cheesy and the pancake waffles were also delicious! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I were looking for a low-key weekend getaway and Albergo Allegria proved to be the perfect choice. Our room and the shared spaces were beautifully decorated with eclectic antiques and comfortable furniture. The service was fantastic, warm, and friendly. We truly felt the owners love what they do. Most significantly, the restaurant is incredible! If you travel to Windham and don't eat here you are missing out on the best part of your trip. We chose to have breakfast there twice and it was some of the best food we've ever eaten both times. We will be making a return trip sometime in the near future!

We came here for breakfast with our two dogs and sat on the patio. The staff was so welcoming and it’s clearly a loving family run operation! We ordered the fluffy eggs, the waffle, and another egg dish with lots of delicious scalliony cheesiness. Everything was AMAZING!! The eggs lived up to their name and were insanely fluffy and delicious. The waffle was stand out !! The flavor was amazing and the texture was something I’ve literally never had before. The staff was soooo friendly and helpful. We loved it and highly recommend !!!

Beautiful place to relax and rejuvenate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Relaxing music and a beautiful view. Would recommend to anyone for a nice getaway of peace and quiet. Kudos to the Chef and staff for excellent breakfast service.

We stayed here Sunday to Monday on our way home from New York. It is the most beautiful bedand breakfast with The owner on premises and taking care of everything that you need. It is so peaceful with plenty of seating areas and at night there is a very big fire pit that is lit for your enjoyment. The place is clean and comfortable. In the morning, we had breakfast at the restaurant. It was out of this world. Everything is homemade and absolutely delicious with fresh berries and syrups and other tasty goodies. We have stayed here in a few times in the past, but after this visit, we decided we will come back a couple times a year. It is a great place to decompress and just enjoy the beauty Of Windham. It is easy to get to from the Thruway and very convenient to Main Street in Windham. Thank you, Leslie for a great stay. .

10/10 — the gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free banana bread was incredible.
We came here for breakfast over the weekend, and everything from the food to the service was impeccable. I even ordered banana bread to go because I just couldn’t get enough. Hands down, my favorite banana bread ever!

My husband and I have stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! We’re excited to make it a tradition for years to come with our baby boy. Leslie, his wife, and the entire staff are so warm and accommodating. The cozy vibe and perfect location make it a great escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC.
