Probably the single worst US post office in the states. Customer service is rude and absolutely snotty when asked to look for packages that are delivered there. They whisper like catty teenagers around the corner as if you can’t hear their miserable groans of a life left in regret and discontent. I pray they all find good husbands and happiness.

Ordered a package that a company mistakenly sent to NY instead of FL. Box was held at Windham post office. I offered to pay for shipping, but they shipped it to FL for free. Great customer service!

Good people. Knowledgeable and thorough. Patient enough to get complicated transactions completed in a timely fashion and appointments kept on time. Heidi in particular was exceptional in expiditing an international package delivery and a passport application with impeccable processing based on her obvious experience in these processes. The rest of the team turned out customers while i enjoyed quick, accurate one on one appointment based service from Heidi. Kudos Windham uspo!!!

Claims to have delivered items that it has not attempted to deliver. We have a camera on our door. The USPS claims it delivered a package. We were home. We hear no door bell and we were sitting in the kitchen that faces the road about 10 feet away. We also have a camera that views all of the front of the property and there is no sign of any USPS truch or person during the 24-hoursof the day they claim they tried to deliver the package. They are lying about their attempt. This has happened more than once. The USPS has regretably becomes an unreliable and dishonest service.

Before Covid the Customer Service at our Local Post Office as well as my very rural delivery box has always been superb! Since the Pandemic, I have to say as a local ...the burdens we are all feeling from the CItidiots taking over our once majestic quiet Mountain Village... I cannot even imagine what the Post Office here is going through. Even waiting in line, hearing their inconsiderate requests and blatant ....my gosh!!!so rude to the clerks .... with their entitled must have instant gratification only responses. The Clerks just smile and still somehow are still polite! They have been dealing with this from day 1 and I have to say I am so impressed!

First post office I’ve come across that the staff are just down right rude most of the time. Everything seems to be an inconvenience for them and can’t be bothered. I’ve been dealing with them for a few years now. Not impressed with their customer service at all. Everyone I’ve talk to has said the same thing and reading reviews on here do not surprise me.

Lost my package refuses to admit it. I was having a gift from my Mom delivered to me, and the tracking number says delivered. I call and they say they'll call me back later that day. I get nothing. So I call today and the mail delivery lady said that she delivered it, but was referring to someone else in our households mail. This person has misdelivered packages in the past, as we've received mail from other addresses nowhere close to us. When I attempted to call again a few minutes ago all I get is their fax machine. Poor excuse for mail service.

I have been try to get a mail box in front of my house for 6 months .I am Veteran have a bad knee .Everybody around me has there own box ,they drive by my house every day they say I'm not on there route I live on 23 .by highpeck rd ..everybody on highpeck rd get mail the blue pearl get mail .they gave me a po bx in hensonville its 5 miles I get a lot of medication from the VA so i'm drive 50 miles a week Getting knee surgery next month Somebody help me. the post office isn't
