“Had an alignment done on my pickup truck today (truck recently had new tie-rods installed and needed an alignment).
Stan Jr. done a great and super detail oriented alignment. Truck drives nicely and steering wheel is nice and straight. Highly recommend this place. Polite and nice staff too.”

“Joe did a great job with a minor repair to my vehicle (replacing a left side mirror that was badly damaged) and was helpful and accommodating, even getting the repair done faster so that I could get to work on time when I was later to the shop than expected due to being unfamiliar with the location and being guided to the shop’s old address in error by Google Maps. The repair itself looks very sturdy and he was able to order and paint the necessary parts within just a few days’ time.”

“Great experience. Called Parker ahead of time with a dead battery. Offered to send a driver but I got a jump and when I showed up, he had battery in stock, loaned me tools to swap out the batteries, needed a few extra things like rods and nuts for the battery hold and he gifted them. Just great customer service all around.”

“My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s! “Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Not something I’ve come to expect at other auto parts stores.I came here to get brakes for my car. I had some miscommunication with the employee and got the wrong brakes. I came back to get the correct brakes. Turns out the correct brakes were a decent amount more expensive but they gave them to me without charging me and took the blame for our miscommunication. Outstanding customer service.”

“Good location and easy to get to for me. They USUALLY have what Im looking for but there have been times when the app says they have it and no one can seem to find it. Thats not a huge deal especially because that tends to happen at other places. Some workers are good and some couldn’t care less but thats todays society.”
