I would like to thank associate Joanna Sep for her patient guidance as I made changes to my accounts. Over several years she has made good suggestions and explained details of various offerings at USA Alliance. As I have no background and little knowledge of financial matters, I have come to greatly value her assistance. Once I reached decisions, she was also able to smoothly execute the paperwork and minimize complications. Joanna is one of the reasons I have chosen to move funds to USA Alliance rather than continue with large commercial banks. Thanks again, Joanna!

When you are sitting on hold for 30 minutes and still sitting on hold ... or when you deposit another banks cashiers check and have a 7 business day hold !? What's the purpose then ! Time to end our 20 plus yrs !

Joanna has always been very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy our interaction and my experience with her is five star. She represents your branch like no other! There are two major reasons for joining a credit union or any other consumer owned enterprise. First, it prevents your hard earned cash from lining the pockets of profit driven shareholders of big banks.The second, and far more important, reason is to get banking your way; to be able to control how your bank treats you. When you, as a member, own a piece of the bank, then you should be able to expect a superior level of service. That is after all its most important role. The reality with many cooperatives including USAlliance is that the customer experience is more like kindergardeners playing grown-up games or amateurs in the big leagues. The Wells Fargos, Citibanks, Amazons and Walmarts win the customer experience game every time. That will need to change for the cooperatives movement to gain traction.I will probably continue to suffer through it for now, but it just isn't very good. It really isn't. It is possible that continuing to perform on a sub-par level hurts the cooperative movement more than it helps and if USAlliance doesn't get its act together, it will have to go.

They no longer assist guests from other credit unions so I hope other CU don’t help their customers ?? I drove 45 minutes to find this out even though I was told by my bank it was a shared branch.

If you asked me 5 years ago, I'd have give the agency a 5 star rating as the branch staff in kerhonkson are wonderful. Covid caused hours and operations to change which, while inconvient, forced me to deal with a loren wells and Mario Hildago via email and over the phone who mishandled a late fee during covid in 2020 costing the agency my trust and loyalty. Since then I've moved all of my personal business to TEG and find it to be a better experience with more locations and even mortgage options that alliance does not offer.
