I brought a jersey at store and when I got home upon inspection I found that the jersey has a hole in the front of it when I returned it to the store. They refused to exchange. Be careful out there.

Worst customer service. This happened at 3:30 pm on August 19th. Checked out a few things, the bill was $170. I asked the person who checked out the items if there are any coupons, she said no. After I checked out, I read on the board that there was a coupon that gave $30 off $150. When I spoke to the “manager”, she said the coupon is valid, when I asked why the cashier didn’t know she said the cashier was just there for the day so she didn’t know. The manager said that I need to go stand in the line again and she would give the coupon only if it’s asked, which I did. She never apologized or said sorry, she made me stand in line for another 15 minutes instead of offering to apply the discount. I asked if there was another “manager”, which there was, and she was equally rude and unhelpful.
Ive seen numerous reviews related to the manager and I assume they are all talking about the same person. However it seems management is doing nothing to reprimand their employees. Disgusted and disappointed.

Convenient located within Woodbury mall . I recently visited the Adidas store and had a mixed experience. The product range was decent, and the store was well-organized. However, the discounts were just average—nothing too exciting or different from what you’d find online or during regular sales.
What really brought the experience down was the billing process. It was quite slow, with decent wait times ! I always wish there were self checkout counters in these stores . I liked a couple of things but when I saw the billing queue I left it and didn’t buy . It felt a bit understaffed at the checkout counter, which made the whole process more tedious than it should be.
Overall, it’s an okay place to shop if you’re not in a hurry and don’t mind modest savings. 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Plenty of collection, normal shoes was having good discount. Clearance shoe was a mess and cashier ryan was helpful in giving good suggestion

Been a loyal customer for years.. the female “manager” on duty today 05/19 at 1:00 pm sure does need a dose of kindness. I inquired on a price and she was beyond words rude and loud.. very unfortunate to drive from NJ to have a bad experience from a “manager” nonetheless .. hope this helps. And if I should not ask or inquire employees about store prices, who can I ask?

Just went to this store and we found a cute pair of pink shorts, they unfortunately didn’t have the size we needed on the rack but the mannequin had a size small just what we needed. I kindly asked the woman sales associate if we could get them. She replied No I’m not taking them off. Only in the morning, well we live three hours away I’m not going to be here in the morning. So I left all the items I was going to buy and left.

Woodbury commons is probably the best shopping center i have ever been to all the stores are amazing and excellent variety of items. Adidas on the other hand never has anything in stock.This adidas is horrible, if you go to the woodbury do not waste your time on this adidas.
