Tasks that computer driven phone systems are adequate for. No, when there are corrections that need to be made to a form or an alteration to the terms of a policy doing it over the phone, or better yet, in person, allows for you to be confident that the matter has been properly and completely handled. The most important issue is when the company makes an excessive premium increase and you agent appeals on your behalf for consideration.”
