I sold my house and have been living at Eagle Rock in Woodbury. My experience has been very positive! If things need to be serviced or fixed, they have acted promptly. I've had excellent experiences with the staff, who have been friendly and professional. Fortunately, I've been lucky to have wonderful neighbors too!!!

Nancy the rental manager has always been helpful, easy to reach and knowledgeable. This rental community is safe, quiet and in a great town in close proximity to great stores and restaurants. It is located next to all the main highways on Long Island. The neighbors in my building are friendly and respectful.

We have stayed at Eagle Rock Woodbury for a few months during a renovation on our home. It’s exceeded our expectations of apartment living. The units are so spacious and the grounds are beautiful. We have two small dogs, so finding a short term rental that allowed us to have them with us was important. As much as we are looking forward to being back in our home, we really are enjoying our time here.

I love living in the Eagle Rock developments in Woodbury, the neighbors are so friendly. The Leasing department made my move in very smooth and if there is ever a issue maintaince is there on the spot

I’m deeply disappointed with the ongoing mice infestation at Eagle Rock Woodbury. Over 50 apartments have reported mice activity, and this issue has persisted for nearly a year without meaningful resolution. While the property super is phenomenal, responsive, hardworking, and clearly doing their best, they’re severely understaffed and overwhelmed by the scale of the problem.
Unfortunately, the property manager continues to downplay the severity, leaving residents feeling unheard and unsafe. The infestation poses serious health risks, and the lack of transparency and urgency is unacceptable. Conditions remain unsanitary and show no signs of improving.
Residents deserve better. Until this issue is addressed comprehensively, I cannot recommend living here.

I have lived her for over 17 years and I have to say the best part is the location, the closet space the Super Brian and Nancy in the office. The Super Brian is really kind, helpful and cares. He makes it easy to coordinate when staff need to access my apartment when I’m not home. Nancy is also very accommodating.

My move in experience was great
From starting with nancy working on lease and getting everything ready. To speaking with the superintendent personally to make sure everything was working properly and to my liking
I lived in eagle rock for 8 years I left for 2 years I can not happier to be back as all the staff goes over and above to make you feel welcome and the residents in the community are all very welcoming

We recently moved out of this location to return home to the UK. We had a great experience from start to finish. I would like to mention two people specifically that really make a difference at this community.
Nancy - Main office, she made moving in so simple and clear. Throughout the year any general enquiries etc she was always ready and happy to help. I especially appreciate her direct but fair approach to issues and how she is on top of making sure residents are following the rules regarding smoking, trash and dog mess. This is for the benefit of everyone.
Brian - Maintenance manager. Second to none in quality and quantity. I had a few minor issues during my stay but rest assured Brian personally is calling you within minutes of your ticket being posted on the app and he will strive to have one of his team there to fix even the smallest issue within 24 hours. He’s very present around the community and always very friendly.
Having made several friends on the site, I can assure you this sentiment is shared by many of the residents. Thank you both of them for giving me fond memories of living at your location.

I loved my time here. Things are nice and quiet. Maintenance was wonderful, Brian was always diligent whenever I needed something fixed. Also Nancy was very helpful in getting me moved in as well as moving out. She was very patient and consider. This was a positive living experience

They don’t refund $200 deposit as promised.
I didn’t get the apartment and they lied to me said they will refund but over one month they still didn’t and not reply to me.
Very very awful.

I’m sad to see that the aluminum wiring is still causing fires across multiple units. This has been a known issue like the roach infestations for a decade. I wish more people would post honest reviews here…

I recently relocated and the whole process, from unit showing to the lease, to moving in was terrific---really friendly and professional staff, eager to help out and are attentive to everything. The entire property is very well maintained, and the superintendent and property manager were on top of everything and very responsive. Great location near shopping/restaurants, local highways and a train station 4 minutes away. I'm really happy to be living at Eagle Rock Apartments in Woodbury!

I’ve been a resident for almost a year. I’ve been so happy with my experience from start to finish. Renting was super seamless, Nancy made it easy. The last time I had rented was in manhattan where getting an apartment was cut throat. This was the opposite here. Nancy heard our concerns and showed us appropriate apartments within our price range. All of the paperwork was seamless. Since living here, we’ve been very happy. There have been no issues. The maintenance crew is exceptional and really do help you in a timely manner if something goes wrong. it feels really safe being here and everyone that lives here really takes care of the space. We plan on staying a while.

I’ve been here for 17 months now & very happy. I am transferring to another apartment here that is updated. My experience here had been great. Nancy is amazing to work with. She has made the move a lot easier. I can’t say enough about Brian. He always responds to any problems you have. He is wonderful at his job! His crew is friendly & hardworking. Its a pleasure living here.

Really unfortunate as my fiancée and I wanted to live here, but we had a really poor experience touring. Firstly, the person we toured with did not have the unit available that we specifically asked to tour a week prior when we set the appointment. But fine, we will look at "similar units." Apparently, according to the person giving us the tour, the "Classic Renovation" is a unit that has what looks to be a kitchen from the 90s. And you have to spend at least $3,000/month to get anything more modern than that. If this was all, it wouldn't be worth writing a review. But when we went into the second unit to look, my fiancée turned on the bathroom lights to discover two GIANT dead roaches on the floor. She screamed and turned off the lights (obviously), and the person from the leasing office just said "oh yeah that happens sometimes." Are you kidding me? In an empty unit, that we are touring, we should just expect there to be roaches sometimes? If this is what it looks like in a unit that is currently unoccupied, then what is the problem like when there are tenants? And especially to pay this much for an advertised "luxury apartment" that has roaches in empty units is appalling. We were literally going to apply for a unit after the tour before this happened, so it's put us in a really unfortunate situation as we now don't know where to look next, and have been really turned off by Eagle Rock Woodbury. I also sent an email to the corporate Eagle Rock several weeks ago, with no reply. Very disappointing.
