“I’ll be honest, I had some doubts and a few panicked moments when I saw some of the reviews. They gave us a really amazing deal so it was difficult to refuse so I took a leap of faith. I got a little kick back on my design idea but with some reasonable negotiation my design really came to life. I’ll admit I spent a bit too much time on Pinterest as I imagine a lot of brides do. The only way I could wrap my head around some of these reviews is that people have a disconnect between reality/budget and what’s within reason. When I walked intoMy reception I was blown away, it was so beautiful. Not only what I had imagined but better. Truly stunning. So glad I took that leap of faith. When we first began planning our wedding I was sure we could handle all of the florals on our own with the help of my sister. I quickly realized that was not the case and I absolutely needed to secure a florist. I did always know that I wanted my sister to create our bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, so that quickly turned off a lot of florists I spoke with. Not David! David was completely understanding of that sentimental element and was completely fine with it. Not only that, he has a great amount of experience with Bear Mountain weddings. The bouquet he crafted for me was exquisite and he included beautiful elements to remember my late step dad including wrapping one of his ties around the stems.

“I worked with Jill for my 2024 wedding at The Roundhouse and had an excellent experience. I was able to work one-on-one with her throughout the planning process, which was an initial consultation, vision boarding, then a small demo a month or so before the wedding. She was also extremely open and flexible with all of my ideas-- I had a 10-inch cake on each table, each of which Jill decorated with flowers in addition to the florals throughout the wedding.
The biggest thing that drew my to Witch Hazel for my wedding florals were the preservation options. My wedding bouquet was dried, and I have a small bouquet and a pressed wall hanging that I display alongside some photos from the wedding.
