Took over 2 months to get a refund of my deposit. I had to reach out about 10 different times. Not a great feeling when I just moved to a country - especially by a company that’s purpose is to make the transition to the US easier.

Corey Umhfer and Robert Seebach was amazing. They communicate very fast via email and answer the phone/respond right away. It took a while to get the car, but i had a rental through them which was great. Being new to US, we got a interest lower than at VW and got all the benefits (cash bonus with VW).

Starting a new life in US as an expat is great, but the path has it rocks. Amongst them, the biggest: building credit. In a country where everything relies on your credit score, some stuff becomes really challenging, and leasing a car is one of them. Luckily enough, I was able to find International AutoSource, who understands what it mean to have no credit history and make everything possible to enable expats leasing vehicles, without costing a fortune. I started my leasing process before even jumped on a plane to move from my home country, and they expedited the process as much as possible. Within 45 days from my first arrival to US, I had my car keys. Might seem long, but that includes time waiting Social Security and Driver's license, which are mandatory and outside of International AutoSource control.
Bottom line, I deeply recommend doing business with them. Douglas Boehning had an amazing rate for my vehicle and Corey Umhafer, my assigned delivery manager, was always prompt to assist and instruct with process steps, bureaucracy, ensuring a lightning fast delivery.

The sales process was excellent with Douglas Boehning, who was extremely patient and attentive throughout the entire process, right up to the delivery of the vehicle. He answered all my calls and promptly responded or connected me with the appropriate person. The car took a while to arrive, but this is beyond the company's control.
During the delivery process, I encountered some setbacks during Corey Umhafer's vacation, but upon his return, I received full support and attention, as well as expedited delivery. At the store, the delivery was as expected, thanks to the VW team, represented by Chris Eagan, who was extremely responsive and attentive.
