Thank you so much to Cindy Wolf for helping us to customize an engagement ring. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained the differences in diamond cuts, clarity...which we very much appreciated as we were a little overwhelemed when we had tried researching ourselves. She went through different styles and customizable options with us until we found the perfect one. Thank you again.

Cindy Wolf is the most kind and helpful person I’ve encountered in a very long time and I am forever thankful for her help. She helped me find a ring for my dad that brought tears to my eyes and she worked with my finances to help me get the best deal. I wish I could buy her a ring after this!!

Hands down the best Kay Jewelers! The team is always super helpful especially Cindy & Serafina. Everyone always greets you with a smile. Unfortunately my family will no longer me shopping at this store and I will not be able to recommend it to friends either. I felt like the employees make it uncomfortable when you are trying to just get yourself educated before making a purchase. The one guy seemed knowledgeable but is so slow with everything and pushy. I don’t want someone to be taking up so much of my time trying to use technology. It appears they can’t acquire or hold on to any decent talent. For how much they are charging for mass produced jewelry you would think the company could have some actual efficient and patient staff. I saw another persons review about an employee giving off anti semantic vibes and I believe it. I saw employees snickering to each other after a hasidic family left the store and talking about how that family is a bunch of cheapskates!! The one employee with blonde hair spent a majority of the time talking about herself, her husband and her previous job. My mother has had problems in the past with an obviously inexperienced jeweler continuously messing up her jewelry that was in the repair shop for weeks and then the jeweler was so rude and had no customer service experience at all clearly when trying to defend her poor craftsmanship!! So yeah this was just the straw that broke the camels back for me and my family.

The worst shopping experience ever the Repair Shop is incapable of performing proper repairs. The two associates on duty were arrogant and tried hold my items even after they were paid unsatisfactory work. I only paid it to get out there because the associates were trying to engage me as if they wanted a confrontation. I served two tours of in the Persian Gulf to be treated this way. African American shoppers be aware ...If I could rate it lower I would. I've been a long time customer but I'll never stop into another Kay's

I bought earrings in Kay Jewelers in Woodbury commons, wore them once and one fell out of my ear. Went to Kay and was told there was nothing they could do. Obviously the latch was broken when I bought them. Never going there again they don't stand by their products.

Horrible experience. Walked in, and very nicely asked “hello do you have a Star of David necklace? (A Jewish star) and the woman looked at me with such disgust and didn’t even say no, just kept shaking her head. It was so rude, unhelpful, and she entirely ignored us after that. Seemed very antisemetic. Was the blonde woman at the front of the store at 6:30pm on June 1, 2021
