The worst customer service ever two hours to get someone to talk to, and saying my order was processed to find out only the next day it was cancelled not at Christmas time I have the flu and this is bullshit

Representative was very unfriendly and rude. He did not greet us and acted like we were bothering him when we asked questions. Also, did not ask about our rewards or suggested any other items. Got annoyed when he had to void out the transaction to look up my rewards which were under a different phone number. Also sarcastically said "Have a good day" twice while I was going out the door when I did not respond to him the first time. Won't be back to this location. Will visit the New Jersey location next time I'm in N.J.

Sales staff not very knowledgeable about their own sales. They gave me the wrong price. I told them that's not the advertised price. Instead of Looking it up themselves, they said to show them. So I got out my phone, signed on to the website and showed them - and now of course they're rude about it. None of the workers seemed to care about service or working there. I think I'll stick to the mail service. I only order when there's sales with free shipping anyway.

First time visit to select items as a "corporate gift". Very helpful staff. The recipients were very pleased. Item packaging was also very convenient. PS - I do not eat red meat.

We arrived at this spot for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The crew were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was tasty. We loved this restaurant a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The store is small and they do limit the amount of customer right now. Great selection! Almost as much as online. Guys are friendly and helpful. They get what you want from the cases, you don't touch the cases.

First time visiting the Omaha Steaks store. We have always been a customer online and finally made our way to an actual store. This location has each freezer section organized by category. The store is taking covid-19 precautions by only allowing two parties at a time to be assisted. Currently only the employees are grabbing the items from the freezers for customers to reduce the possibly of spread of germs. The staff there was very nice and also gave us a coupon for a discounted package on our next visit. When visiting the store there are specials listed by the register which tend to be a pretty good deal.

Do not waste your time. It is a complete and utter RIPOFF. I can go to a butcher that works with Prime Meat. Get double the amount of food. Spend less and eat it the same day. (their meat isn't prime and it comes frozen meaning it needs time to thaw) Lastly when you go to the store and buy something you'll go home and get an email from Omaha that your order qualified for a free gift. Yet the store employee says nothing and customer service tells you you're SOL. Buyer beware. Not worth the time or money.
