I had a disappointing experience at this Polo Ralph Lauren store. I helped put back sweaters that other customers had dropped, but a staff member stared at me like I did something wrong and even made a rude “sheesh” comment. When I spoke to the manager, she only said she “knew who I was talking about” and would talk to her, which made me wonder if this behavior is considered normal there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

Terrible management and zero sense of customer service. The manager was extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn’t understand how to treat customers.

I had a terrible experience at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Woodbury Commons on Oct 26.
The store manager, a bald man, was extremely rude and dismissive when I showed an official chat confirming a 30% courtesy discount from Ralph Lauren customer service. Instead of verifying it, he accused me of lying and refused to help. I was left standing aside and ignored while other customers were served. The whole situation felt humiliating and discriminatory.

Big Polo Ralph Lauren store with a Ralph's Coffee inside. Ordered a delicious chai which I was allowed to sip on while shopping. We went the first days of October and it was already decked out for Christmas, which seemed premature but beautiful nonetheless.

Huge selection of items. They are unmatched with how many options they have. The store is very neat but there’s a lot of different areas to navigate. My friend found a nice wool cashmere blend sweater that she bought. I didn’t end up getting anything but I enjoyed watching the custom patchwork person do their magic. They had a very long line setup which makes it seem like they are prepared for the busiest of days. I went on the day that wasn’t too busy so it looked super empty in the line but I can imagine on a busy day how they would need that.

While I was in the store booth, the Hispanic employee opened the curtain of my booth without warning, making me uncomfortable. I recommend caution when visiting this store.

What a shame???? Really good stuff, real great sales staff that helped with things. BUT the billing staff first did not bill the items correctly, when we told them about the mistake they were extremely rude making me regret going there. My recommendation skip the place, you can find better clothes somewhere else.

The big and tall inventory is looking real slim. I’m very disappointed because I drove two hours just to see very little big and tall inventory.

Bad experiences with the manager of this store. With her rude attitude, we as customer will never come back. On the contrary sales persons take good care of us very well. To the management of the compay, please inform this manager to improve in treating everyone equally. Thank you.

TERRIBLE returns policy. And prices were the same as the normal Ralph Lauren store ?! YET you CANNOT even return your items at a normal Ralph Store. I called to get a return label multiple time as it would take me 3h of travel to get back out to a factory store and they refused to do that. Every other store at Woodbury Commons has made returning items easy peasy. Dismayed because after all, this is Ralph. You would expect better treatment for the price point.

Francisco assisted me and my husband in finding the right shirt sizes. His energy was the best—he helped me even when I couldn’t find my size by suggesting and ordering exactly what I wanted online. I had asked another employee before, but she couldn’t help me the way Francisco did. His service truly stood out. Thank you, Francisco, for your excellent help.

Disappointed they closed the Big and Tall location and as expected selection for big and tall is limited

The worst experience. I had accidentally bought women's T-shirts for my husband from another outlet location. Tried to exchange them for Men's T-shirts at Woodbury Common. Despite having my receipt and initially being told it could be done by one staff member, when we took the T-shirts to the counter we were told that because we were just outside the 60 day period for exchanges. Given it is very clearly just a silly error on my part and we had the receipt, it would have been very easy and generated a lot of goodwill on behalf of RL if they had simply exchanged them for Men's if we had needed, but they just refused. Rhi's is particularly odd given the same items are still for sale in the store. Won't shop here again.
