Terrible experience!!
Manager not professional!
Manager referrers to customers as bro .
Arguing with people that come in to spend money not a good strategy.
We went to Paige , Rag and Bone , John Varvatos . We spent over $500 in each store.
I was in the process of paying for something and the manager was more interested in correcting me than taking a credit card .
Check your cameras Sun May 11, 2025 aprox 420 pm . It’s not easy to find good employees . It’s difficult to find one this bad as well .

The store is well stocked, but the difference in quality between the textiles and prints at the store and the mainline, non-outlet merchandise is very apparent.

Superb collection of beautiful, colorful and unique shirts for men, and now a lovely small collection of women's clothing, especially in silk. Gorgeous unique jackets and shoes for men, too. We love this store!

Visited the store this afternoon. Both employees were very consumed with a gentleman purchasing bags of clothes. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored when I had a question. Apparently the yen was mightier than the dollar on this visit. Love the shirts but the employees working today are probably unemployable outside of retail. I’d suggest re-instructing them on customer service.
