Salvatore Ferragamo at Woodbury Commons is a beautiful and large store with a lot of parking. The merchandise is separated, with men's clothing on one side and women's on the other. While shoes are the real backbone of the company and are beautiful, the store offers more than shoes. It also carries items like ties, which are great and sold at a discounted price versus retail stores. The service was great, with staff described as friendly, helpful, patient, and humble. Associates make customers feel comfortable and provide seamless transactions. They are known to go out of their way to help, offering excellent customer service that is hard to find. This includes kindly packaging gifts. This outstanding service makes customers feel respected and is a key reason they have a good time and plan to return. Many state they will definitely go back to the store, making it a spot in their rotation to browse during visits to Woodbury Common. Overall, it provides a very smooth and positive shopping experience.

I honestly don’t know what the rest of the reviews are talking about but I had a really good experience. Shoutout to Bob who assisted me in finding a great pair of jeans, whole transaction was very smooth and the fitting room was really clean as well. I will be back to purchase more.
