My sisters and I were there on Sunday 11/12/23, we have 2 coats put on hold for us and when we came back to pay for it, the system went down so we weren't able to pay for it. After haft an hour waiting the manager told us that we can leave our name and phone number with them and when the system goes back up, they will contact us and process the checkout and ship us the coats. Since we live 2:30 hours away from the store. We left our name and phone number but didn't get any phone call regarding about our coats. It is not our faults that we didn't get the coats, it is their faults since the system down. However, if they said that they can't sell the cloths for us since their system down I would understand but they lied to us and said that they will contact us and will ship our coats out for us once we pay over the phone, but they never contact us.

Good discounts available on women's clothing. The one star is for the poor customer service by one of the staff members! Chatting with a colleague who is at the back of the store (loudly) while you are checking out a customer seems very unprofessional to me.

Worse customer service. We spent $1000+, after first wash 3 men’s tshirt shrunk dramatically. They wouldn’t return or even exchange as it was 28 days out. We live about 3hrs away and couldn't make the trip. Managed was very rude and said their clothes are not meant to be washed and only dry cleaned (tag does not suggest that). Awful place to shop.

Unfortunately, saying the staff was rude would be an understatement. It’s January 2nd, I was hoping to make an exchange on a gift opened 8 days ago. While the shirt still had the tags attached (and we were willing to provide the credit card used to make said purchase), my family and I were told there was nothing that could be done. When the manager Nate came over to “help”, the only words in his vocabulary set were “can’t do anything for you.” Frankly, his hands didn’t leave his pockets. There was no effort to ask for our last name, look up the purchase, or offer store credit for an exchange (which was all I was hoping for, had no expectations for a refund). The only time Nate showed an ounce of effort towards the situation was when he offered to call security to have me and my family escorted out! We made several exchanges this afternoon, none required more than a simple hello and a last name or phone number associated with the purchase. Nate had no interest in pursuing any course of action that didn’t involve a condescending tone and a “my way or the highway attitude.” This is the last time I’ll be shopping at Ted Baker.

Rude staff. Closed early with no announcement. Refused to let me in way befire the usual closing time when I assured them I needed no more than 5 minutes, to which they replied at the door “I can’t take your word for it”. That’s one way to lose a loyal customer

Ted Baker is one of my favorite brands - every piece that I have bought from them is high quality and gives off a subliminal message that it's something special. The details really do it for me - the stitching of the shoes, the intricate patterns in the ties, and the extra work put into the inner shell of their coats. You can imagine, then, that this is always a stop for me whenever I'm in Woodbury Common. Most outlet shopping for me is hit or miss - in my most recent visit to Ted Baker it was a total hit. I was looking for a new coat, and since many of Ted Baker's pieces are out of my normal price range I thought I would see if I could get a deal here. Lo and behold, I walk in and find the most perfect navy cashmere wool coat, and it's the only one left in my size. I look at the price tag and notice that it's marked down 40%, but then notice that the 40% price is crossed out in pen and a new price is written which effectively puts the coat at 50% off the original price. The coat fits great, and there's nothing apparently wrong with it, and it's a true Ted Baker piece, not one specifically made for the outlets. Needless to say I started to get excited. Being a nice person, I ask one of the associates what the correct price is - she tells me that it was supposed to be the 40% price but because that other price was written in, she has to sell it to me at the lower price. Meant to be? I think so. Cut to me with a new cashmere wool coat, which is a serve every time I wear it =). It's definitely worth stopping by here if you're a Ted Baker fan - I can say from experience you never know what you'll find.

I love Ted Baker clothes and will continue to buy them in their stand alone stores (who knows how long brick and mortar will last) and department stores, but NEVER again ONLINE. Their customer service is sooo poor. I received one of many packages and in one, the shorts I bought were not included. I went back and forth with Leon a few times and was then dropped. Not sure if it was a problem with the factory and someone forgot to included them or if it was taken out of the package in transit (box was taped when received), but they should have some type of insurance for this type of situation. Anyway, a huge headache for $94. I called my credit card company to dispute. This is what I should have done in the first place. I didn't realize that Ted Baker would give me such a hard time and then stop following up. I never write reviews, but I am just so surprised and disappointed with how this company has handled this situation.

The store is so cute and has cute stuff, girly stuff. I went in the first time and looked around for coats and wallets. Went back, had lunch and then went back again to get the wallet I was eyeing before. The store was not too packed with people but yes with that many people the store felt crowded. After I got the wallet I wanted to buy, I went straight to pay and the process was quick and efficient. They really have cute girly products in the store.
