I purchased a bag with the help of Nadia. But when I got home, I found that the bag inside was completely different. I called and texted the store, but received no response. So I had to cancel all my plans on the day of my flight and make another three-hour round trip just to return the wrong item.
When I explained the situation to a man who appeared to be the manager, he simply asked if I wanted to exchange it. He then brought over Nadia, who claimed she gave the correct bag to the cashier and blamed someone else for the error. After I received the refund, Nadia told me, “You need to check next time,” shifting the responsibility onto me — even though she was the one who selected the bag and handed it to the counter.
I explained how much stress, time, and inconvenience this caused and asked for compensation. The manager flatly said, “Sorry, but compensation is absolutely not possible.” When I brought up my wasted time, both of them just stared at me in silence.
This bag was supposed to be a gift for my parents, but the experience was completely ruined. He told me they always respond to calls and messages — but I never received a single reply until I showed up in person.
Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility and treating customers with indifference is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this store.

I will be a customer for life at Tory Burch. How nice is this? Basically I was only given one earring I don’t what happened and I reached out to Tory Burch to see if I could buy an individual earring and they replaced them and sent me a new pair for and this cookie! They were so responsive it was so nice to talk to a sales rep! Thank you Susann and Tory Burch!

I had the most wonderful experience at the Tory Burch Outlet in Woodbury Mall, all thanks to Yvette, who truly went above and beyond for me.
A couple of days ago, I visited the store and came across the Garden Rose Embroidered Dress in a small size. I absolutely loved it but, unfortunately, it didn’t fit, and they didn’t have my size in stock. I asked if they could check other locations, and they found one in my size at the Clarksburg outlet in Maryland. When I called the Maryland store, they said they could only hold it for 24 hours, and I had to visit in person to purchase it. Living in New York, this was just not feasible for me. To make matters worse, the dress was $1,000 online and $500 with a discount, but at the outlet, it was only $200! I was so disappointed but had to give up since driving to Maryland wasn’t an option.
The next day, I went back to the Woodbury store, not even looking for the dress anymore, just browsing for bags. Out of nowhere, Yvette approached me with the dress in her hand and said, “Would you like to try this on? I think it’s perfect for you.” I was stunned. I told her about my experience the day before and how I had given up on getting the dress because it was only available in Maryland.
Yvette then revealed that she was the manager and said, “Let me see what I can do.” She called the Maryland store on my behalf and asked if they could ship the dress to me at the discounted outlet price. She managed to make it happen!
Yvette was such a sweetheart—kind, soft-spoken, and genuinely willing to help. I didn’t expect this level of care and service. She didn’t have to go out of her way for me, but she did, and because of her, I got the dress I fell in love with. It felt like magic!
If you ever visit the Woodbury Tory Burch Outlet, I highly recommend seeking out Yvette. She is an absolute gem, and I will always remember her kindness❤️ It is hard to find such dedicated customer service.

One saleslady is super rude, my mom was literally trying on a bag but one of her customers wanted to see it so instead of waiting she was forcing my mom to hand over the bag. I know they have to make a sale but dear god have some decency. Even her coworkers were shocked and apologized but our day was ruined. Hope she gets treated the same way as she treated my mother someday. Also just because we were dress down, it doesnt mean we have no money to spend.

All employees were very courteous. I asked for products from the aisle many times to buy gifts for my relatives, but I was undecided. But they were very patient. Many items were on sale. If you like and use the products of this brand, be sure to visit here.

I entered the store and immediately got a death stare. She was a lady that looked at my family in a racist stare. She didn’t greet us in any way. But I only give it 2 stars because a lady at the register was kind enough!

The lady in the store, Hanna was extremely rude at the footwear section. She literally shouted on us when asked for sizes, although it is her job to get those when asked for. Her behavior was borderline racist as we saw similar response to questions from a person of South Asian descent.

I purchased 6 bags for an event, bags each were about $300 after the sale
Price . The chashier and rep after I told them to gift wrap the item they wrapped it like I purchased the bags canel street fake bags . When I spoke to Nicole the manager and told her it’s a gift she gift wrapped it like it’s a gift . Other then the manager in that location all sales person do not care to be professional and one actually told me they are there only for discounts. Very rude and unprofessional. I only go there because I know what I want . The sales rep other then Nicole at every unfortunate and only work there for discounts.
