I went in to cash a check. The teller was impolite and held on to my check and identification. I was told to have a seat and wait aggressively. The manager came over told he could refuse my business and put me out no reason. I sat and waited quietly for way too long. He apologize profusely once he realized I was recording the entire interaction. Everything was eventually verified but I already felt profiled ad criminalized

To my surprise, I send one of my coworkers there to cash their NYCT endorsement check and not only did they not cash it but they also stamped it removing its endorsement. Talk about profiling smh

On Friday August 18,2023 chase decided to close down my boyfriend account without even letting us know not even a letter to say hey we closed your account down due to this reason. When we called customer service the representative told us we can no longer do business with you then she hung up we called again the guy who answered just hung up on us we called back he then told us chase don’t want to do business with you we kept asking why they wouldn’t give us a reason we stepped into the branch next to queens center mall they told us we can’t open no more accounts here we’re free to open any accounts at any other banks just not with chase another issue we had our account would have money and they would just decline our card please take your money and go elsewhere

The worst bank ever , every time I go there they only care to see the people that are not latinos or Afroamerican. The worst is the manager who is Latino and is an arrogant person who give wrong information all the time only for the nationality. I went to resolve a matter of 5777 dollars that was on hold in my account and know what he told me that my check was rejected and was reported as fraudulent and will not be pay . He look at me like trying to laugh but I get up say thank you and left but guess what everything was a lie . I got my money by Friday , check was never reported as fraudulent . Check was paid to me . He did only because I asked him in the beginning why he was ignoring me and was only taking care white people . The worst bank don’t go there . If you are not white American they will look at you like you money is not worth it

Worst costumer service. I tried calling 5 different times times throughout the day and no answer. I even went through the corporate office to see if one of them can reach a teller, and THEY couldn't even get someone to pick up the phone.
