i went to pay my bill there , but the guy work there he offer me free phone and tablet .. after he finished he charge me about $120.00 wasn't free as he said ,,,,, then i realize he cancel my number and gave me new phone number...i had to cancel everything and call the main company to get my old number back,,

Were helpful to my aunt when trying to get information for her phone were attentive and fast service. Happy they also spoke Spanish to be more helpful and have patience in helping. Parking is difficult bc it's on Jamaica Ave. on commercial street.

Love the attention and care i get from being in that store. They truly look to make sure all my wireless needs are met before i walk out the door. Been a customer and a friend of that establishment since day 1. The best service, devices and care you'll ever receive. I highly recommend you visit and see the money you can save.

Bargain buying on eBay has always been a total disaster for me, so "let's do it again, because this time it'll be different". Boy I sure can be quite convincing to myself, and so I did. Hundred and a half seemed reasonable for a remanufactured Samsung A20, not a power phone but better than my current homing device "It's just gotta gimme a year and get me up to Maine" thought I, then it arrived and the problems began. I'll spare y'all the blow by blow details -- never saw the light blue screen of death appear on these annoying devices and certainly never heard one go "chirpy" and splash another troubling screen with the work DOWNLOADING, exciting stuff. My technician Jeovanny be at The Repair Shop in Forest Hills waved his magic upon it, we boxed the little electronic demon and shipped him off. I walked down the street to Metro PCS, I was no longer wanting my carrier, I was no longer wanting my number, I'm ready for many changes so I started small. But the store was not just closed, it was abandoned. Fired up my Yelp app on the older phone and found a location on Jamaica Ave and placed them a call. First ring pick up and I was immediately interested in what Matt had to say after I expressed myself and my need. And if I'm going to Jamaica Ave, it's not typically for technology. My main man Matty set me up with a new phone, a Stylus and guess what? It's got a pen you can write on the screen with! I wanted a number from another state, anywhere but here, and I begged and pleaded but unfortunately, this could not be done and hat seems unfair to me -- then and now. Now I've got a camoflage A20 case which I can't return and my Stylus rattles around a bit inside like the last pretzel in the jar, but I'm not upset. I'm free, if only for a moment or two, to be at one without my phone lighting and buzzing and notifying and causing a ruckus.

I came here to upgrade my service plan and instead of explain why should I wait for the next billing cycle they wanted to charge me twice.I know this because I called the Metro PCS costumer service from the store to make sure what to do. Once I start making the phone call the two ladies behind the desk start playing loud music so I had to go to next door at Duane Reade for the conversation because outside was noisy and rained...Anyway this staff are very unprofessional and rude!!!
