Only reason for the stars is because of the young Hispanic lady who knew what she was doing and corrected her friend that gave us the wrong passport application to fill out.
Be mindful that even if you have an appointment the exact time you will be seen varies meaning you’ll wait sometime regardless, I had to cancel another appointment somewhere due to this.
The post office was very nicely ventilated and clean.

Someone is stealing my mail from that post office. I didn't get my W2 or my replacement debit card. No sensitive mail is getting to my address. Even when I open a po box. Or spoke to the manager. This is a clear internal job. Gang related for stealing identity and people's finances. Shame on you woodhaven post office .

I went here as a passport walk-in and the service was very kind and polite and patient and the whole process was smooth and quick. I recommend coming here instead of the Forest Hills Queens blvd location any day. And they accept more than 4 walk ins

The lady in the post office today whose is doing the passport was very nice and I had an appointment but she call my name over. I was kinda sleepy but she repeat her word when I was confused. The speed for renewal my passport was faster than i thought. It only takes 10-15 minutes! Special thank you for the lady today !

When to return a package in the same box it was shipped to me but since the label that I was returning it with and the box said that there were 2 different services (flat rate vs ground something or other) I couldn't use the box, nah you ain't selling me a box

Slow and rude service. I went for a passport, after coming from 3 locations (all with subpar service as well). The lady working there was extremely slow and rude-go to a different USPS.

Long lines, very few, and incompetent staff, a complete waste of time to do simple things that can be done way faster in other. People need to train.

OMG!! This is the worst post office I have ever been to. These workers hate their jobs, and the level of service they offer is horrible. They forgot they have a job to take food to their families because of the customers. Why have a rude face all the time? Why not smile? Why would you treat customers with an attitude at all times? Where are the managers and supervisors of this place??
