The CVS employee, his name is Badar, sold me two gallons of milk for the price of three gallons. He made a refund at my request, but he never apologized. I will never visit CVS again.

Home of the worst designed parking lot in the 5 towns, CVS Woodmere can be a very annoying experience which I try to avoid.Busy store and CVS corporate doesn’t want to pay staff so it’s underserved.Don’t bother to go 5-7PM weekdays.Pharmacy 8-9AM and 2PM absolute best times especially if need to talk with pharmacists. If not religious Fri night and Sat is a breeze.Nice pharmacy staff and happy to help you if give them the chance… after your miserable 1/2 hr wait.Store terribly designed. No real waiting area. Often staff 1 person at checkout despite 3 service windows. Hence the long queues.Call in AM for phone service. Press 7 when options given to connect direct with a pharmacist. Under 10 minutes call is done.Have good pharmacists at this CVS. They’re competent and helpful with insurance and provider issues.Home and OTC goods always in stock here and Rx orders not in stock arrive next day 5PM. They are dependable in that regard.Shopping here sucks. They staff one employee at check out counter and CVS corporate policy is to have them assist people using the self check out rather than being behind the actual register.Self checkout machines are bunk so staff ends up scanning for you.Planned obsolescence enterprise fail.CVS corporate malfeasance ruins the customer experience here but in the end run you’ll encounter same idiocy at any CVS.Strategize your trip! Snag snacks when entering store and a magazine (rear by pharmacy) to fulfill your time standing on line. They won’t charge for them.

This pharmacy is an absolute mess and I don’t understand why I literally have to fight to get my prescriptions refilled every month. So insanely frustrating!

I waited for 20 minutes while the guy was just chilling in the back room. Ridiculous. I was the only one in the store. For 20 minutes.

It's a cvs. Smaller than some, larger than others. Staff is mostly friendly and will help you find something if you need assistance. Store is clean, and easy to navigate.

The pharmacy lines are not acceptable. Waited 45 min. I suggest a different pharmacy

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy. Lady is the biggest tool bag Ive ever met. Totally disrespectful, rude and stuck up. Corporate (Melville Corp.) will be notified and will be in contact after complaints have been finalized.

This CVS location in Woodmere is an all-round disaster. With more and more unhealthy food options + a wider variety of disposable plastic junk filling the front of the store, trying to navigate the aisles feels like you’re in the Death Star’s compactor room — the walls are closing in. “Seasonal” merchandise, the kind of junk Jesus would NOT want you to buy, is wedged in and piled high wherever they can find the space. Somehow, nearly every week there’s some sort of “season” underway.Customers deserve more than the surly, better-than-you manager who runs this operation, if one can even call this menagerie of disfunction an operation. When he’s not being loud and condescending to a shopper, you can find him outside, puffing away, cigarette after cigarette. CVS may have stopped selling tobacco products, but, if you’re so inclined, you can enjoy a free second-hand dose by entering the store through his plume. But wait, there’s more! The two sets of automatic front doors that greet customers as they enter this hellish bazaar have been broken… for years. Yes, they’ll open, if one waits long enough. And, who doesn’t enjoy waiting more than older folks with medical conditions or the infirm using some sort of walking aid?The property itself is an eyesore. There’s a dumpster that’s constantly overflowing and trash spills out into the parking lot, “landscaped” areas, the sidewalk, and out into the surrounding streets. It must be a nightmare to be a neighboring homeowner or local business and having to put up with that.

This CVS is by far the WORST! I scheduled my booster appt weeks ago for today Fri Jan 7 and they just called to let me know they were cancelling because the immunizer will not be in! They did NOT offer me an alternative appt, thru matter of factly said I can go online and look for another appt!!! You can’t easily get an appt which is why I’ve been waiting weeks for this one! I will NEVER USE their service again! I now have to start at square one and god knows how long I will now have to wait. And btw my daughter who lives at home has COVID, she is still testing positive on her PCR 10 days latr, so getting my booster is imperative. Never trust CVS in WOODMERE NY!!!

They never answer the phone and you have a 50% chance they will get your prescription wrong. AWFUL PLACE

Impossible to call, they don’t pick up the phone!

The Pharmacy is severely deteriorating in service, professionalism and product. Lines are always dramatically long for pickup and you cant ever get through to them over the phone. Shelves are barely stocked with product.
