“I just wanted to share my experience with helzberg in garden city. We first went to look at engagement rings and I fell in love with one of the settings. Fast forward we ordered the ring and it was absolutely beautiful. We did have to get it re sized bc I lost a lot of weight since we got engaged. I was worried about the sizing and they reassured me it would be done perfectly. I am blown away by the work. You could barely tell it was sized at all. I got it back before the time they originally said it would be ready and I am so happy. “My boyfriend and I came into Svs jewelers with the intention of looking around for engagement rings, we were welcomed in by Samantha who walked us around and showed us their many different engagement rings and wedding bands, after looking around for a bit we were introduced to Liz who helped us narrow down our options, she let me know that I could practically customize any ring I was interested in and helped me try out different options and styles. They were both so patient and explained everything about the difference in rings, I was surprised when I found THE RING, they had so many unique styles(which is what I was looking for) and helped me customize my rings to fit my style. They made it very easy for me to find the perfect ring for me and my boyfriend. I’m beyond happy with the customer service I received, I’ll absolutely be back again!”
