Went to the Snipes in Rosedale at 7:35 p.m. on a Saturday and the door was locked, looked in and saw an employee who said they were closed. Why do your store hours say you close at 8:00 p.m.? ?

This place is no longer Jimmy Jazz. It's Snipes now. Opens at 930 am, and closes at 8pm.

NEVER BUY SNEAKERS FROM THIS STORE!.!. Please help yourself. Brought a pair of Airmax 97's from this store and not only did the package never come (after over 2 weeks). It took another week and a half to get a return. The only issue with the return is that the money went straight to some card that wasn't even mine (scamming anyone?). It has been over a month and I keep contact corporate regarding the manner and still out of over a hundred bucks. Actually I'm waiting on "Jimmy Jazz " now. I personally would prefer to deal with any Mom and Pop sneaker spot than this spot.

I came here to buy sneakers, their products are great and the lady on the floor helped me out right away and very kindly. When I went to checkout they honored my military discount, but these two ladies were talking inappropriately like they were on the streets, talking about sucking d*** and they tried to sell me on socks and when I said no, they began to talk about shoving the socks down each other's mouths right in front of my mother. When you are at work you act appropriately and professionally, that is what is asked of you. The mmanage had nothing to say except give a fake story about how he went to go return something the other week and the same happened to him, trying to justify my experience.

This store has a great variety of sneakers. The bad thing is that the register is upstairs. My knees are bad and I am afraid of heights. Please consider a register on your 1st floor.

This Kmart is closing it's doors soon. It's a jungle in here. Every aisle is a scattered mess. The toy section looked like a tornado passed through it. Some clothes were cheap but honestly nothing worth buying. For a store that's closing, I was planning on buying some carpet cleaning solution but those weren't on sale at all even though there's a clearance sign above the entire vacuum section. The store was very filthy, the only aisles that were neatly organized was the aisle with towels and bathroom stuff. The entrance of the store was dusty as heck. It's a carpeted entrance and the janitor was using a broom to sweep the debris off the carpet. All he was doing was spreading a dust storm into the store and into people's faces. Good riddance!
