My daughter got the dress of her dreams here! The whole process was easy and smooth. She looked stunning in it and got so many compliments! We are using Lavan again for my future daughter-in-law!

I was so excited after my first appointment with Ina. She seemed so kind and honest and had given us a quote for the dress we designed together. After my second fitting Ina stopped showing up to most of my appointments and if she did show up it was late. I worked mostly with an employee who was great but she was new so there were many things she couldn't help me with. I later found out she left because Ina wasn't treating her properly.
I started to notice that the lace of my dress was pulling and and making lines across the dress and it was starting to rip. I showed it to the seamstress and Ina and Ina said dont worry we will cover it with the appliqué (these flower designs). She never mentioned that these flowers will add to the charge. I never asked for the flowers originally she recommended them for the lace that was tearing because of her work. A few days before the wedding she sent my mother a bill that was almost 3x the amount that she quoted in the contract originally. She said we cant pickup before the entire dress was paid for in CASH.
I came to pickup the dress feeling so miserable about the whole situation she put us through. They literally hid the dress and only brought it out after they took the envelope and counted everything in front of me. Horrible and unprofessional experience. And at the end I couldn't even keep the dress

After spending hours upon hours searching for my perfect wedding gown at many designer wedding boutiques and shops, I finally came across Lavan Couture. With a very short turnaround time and a specific vision for my perfect gown, I entrusted Inna to design the wedding dress of my dreams. And boy did she deliver!!! ? With Inna's incredible eye for detail and sophisticated design, she built me an exquisite, custom lace mermaid wedding gown from scratch that was very flattering and that I absolutely adored. Without any family in the country, Inna took me in and treated me as more than just a "customer" and I truly felt as though she cared deeply to make me feel beautiful and special on my wedding day. I cannot thank her enough for designing and executing a masterpiece wedding gown!! Highly recommend.

I had an absolute great experience at Lavan. I was able to make a custom made gown for my wedding and they even helped me by giving me tips on what I should add to my gown. They truly made my dream dress and they were so lovely to work with!

Inna and her staff were incredible in building my dream wedding gown. Inna is a very talented and original designer. They were truly amazing in customizing the gown to my body, making me feel so confident and beautiful. Inna had a true understanding of my style and she accomplished it by caring about each small detail and the overall look. She understood what my body needed and looked best in, by minimizing and accentuating it in all the right places. She made me feel like a real princess! I couldn’t recommend anyone more than her!!

Beware! We were misled by this business so make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. Inna promised what we wanted, quoted a set price and even with a written agreement she worked to extort more money on more than one occasion. She rushed us at the end saying both of her seamstresses were unexpectedly leaving the country. This place does not aim to please. They have poor communication and dishonest business practices and take advantage of brides and their families.

I chose to custom make my wedding gown with Ina, at Lavan Couture. She was extremely misleading. Needless to say the entire experience was overall negative. Ina was late to almost every one of my fittings. Countless times I'd call or text her that I was there only to find out she was first on her way. She's canceled appointments as well. I would truly say as a bride, take your money else where and don't waste your time.

the owner has been late to numerous apts including my first one. her work remains incomplete needless to say with multiple excuses. no bride deserves this mistreatment
