“I experienced with IMN a seamlessly functioning team that collectively provided accurate, consistent, and helpful information. When a staff was not able to address a question I had, this was escalated and addressed immediately, taking the process forward where I did experience the frustration of having to start all over again. I felt that IMN's mission was to get things done! IMN provided me with good customer care and clear parameters for the business transactions throughout the process from the point of inquiry, receiving the quotation, responding to my questions, and offering flexibility. In New York, I received offers from a number of moving companies, but the accuracy of information, pricing, and customer care from IMN tipped the balance for me which turned out to be a good decision. Up to delivery of my goods, IMN remained in touch and involved along with the service providers in the point of delivery in Switzerland. I will definitely use IMN again for my next shipping and highly recommend it to family, friends, and colleagues.”

“I really recommend Pristine Van Lines movers. The driver and the two other workers were phenomenal!! They were very polite! They did an Awsome job of wrapping the furnitures and the packing and wrapping of the boxes and crates. From the moment that they walked in I had a good feeling about them and their mannerisms! They were respectful of property too. They worked well as a team which team work is very important to get a job well done! The driver and who is also the one that assessed the job and all that entails plus wrapping and packing too was very knowledgeable about his tasks. He was very polite and after going over what is what, he asked me if I have any questions for him and that i can always ask questions if need to. He told me after I finished going over the paper work and signing to relax and drink my coffee and They will take care of my furnitures and and everything else. Kudos, to all three movers Shakira, David and I am so sorry I didn't get the name of the other mover. Thanks again to all three of you! You were all phenomenal!”
