Don’t ever buy a car here they are very unreliable and unprofessional they sold me a infinity sport with a key fob that worked for one day the car didn’t start I had to get it towed to a infinity dealer where they charged me 540 dollars plus the towing I called them to get reimbursed and they hung up on me currently in process of taking them to court

Jason was the best! He was super professional, easy to deal with, and honest. I’ve sold a few vehicles over the past few years and this was the BEST experience ever selling. Going forward when I’m ready to sell my vehicles I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use Jason and his team. The experience was smoother than dealing with dealers or random people. 10/10!

I recently purchased an Audi A4 (6-speed manual transmission) from the dealership, and had a fantastic experience.
I live in Michigan, and have been looking for this model vehicle for months. I expected to have to fly to New York to make the purchase and drive the vehicle back. Working with Nader, he assured me that we could work virtually and save me the travel expense.
He took the time to chat with me via WhatsApp video, showed me around the vehicle virtually, and made all the arrangements to have the vehicle shipped to me. It literally took 7 business days from my first email to Nader (in New York) to when the car showed up in my driveway (in Michigan).
I cannot say enough great things about Nader and the dealership as a whole. It was a smooth and professional transaction, and after months of searching, I finally have my dream car in my driveway!

Jason Chu was a pleasure to deal with. I made a fast decision to buy the Alfa Romeo that I purchased today. I saw the picture on line last night and loved it as soon as I saw it. I drove over to the dealership and met Jason who was such a pleasure to meet and he helped me all the way thru the purchase. Excellent job. Bought a 2014 Mustang from here. Nader was very respectful and easy to work with, and the car was very clean inside-out.
Nader was not pushing any hidden costs, and did not try to reconvince me to get the additional warranty after I had declined the first time. Very pleased.
The car itself was great. It had a misfire at 4,000 RPM, but I truly don't believe the dealer knew about it. There were no codes being thrown for it, and you had to know what to look for while giving it WOT. Was able to quickly deduce that it was simply a shoddy coilpack and spark plug installed by the previous owner and the car ran perfectly afterwards.
Nader is great to work with, and this dealer seems to have great reviews for a reason.

AVOID THIS DEALER. Bought an older low mileage Lexus suv, travelled 4 hours one direction. They had the frame undercoated before sale to cover up significant rust. Rust wasn’t entire frame and just about anything metal under the vehicle. It was recent and poorly sprayed. Luckily the rust wasn’t structural, but having undercoating sprayed onto rust that hasn’t been descaled will do much more hard than good. This was deceptive. Rear brakes were absolutely smoked as well. They send me a small check but it wasn’t enough to even cover just the parts. They knew id be at their mercy for them to legally fix it I’d have to take the 8 hour trip. Salesman sent video of vehicle, at the end he noticed the rear inside door panel was off. He tried covering the camera with his hand, must have thought it wasn’t showing but it was. I asked about this and he played dumb. Windows have issues as well that they didn’t disclose so that also adds up. There were also electrical issues that were causing engine codes, that were recently cleared. They were aware of this but did not disclose. They will try to screw you with random fees like the “finance charge”. DO NOT PAY THIS. I immediately refinanced with my bank before even the first payment was due at a much much lower rate. This is a scummy dealership and I can tell they prey on people with bad credit, who have no guidance and are easily fooled with limited options. Will NEVER deal with them again.
