I called ahead to tell them what I needed in my own words I told them and they guided me throughout the whole process, I needed some lumber and didnβt know the measure of the lumber at all, one of gentleman at front took his time to show me the lumber I needed to make sure if thatβs the lumber I needed for my project! βThis is a professional store but the carpenter was willing to cut several small pieces of plywood (16 " x 8") for my DIY project. The carpenter was friendly and patience with a novice (like myself). He even recommended a suitable paint, nails etc. Very happy that this store is within walking distance from my home.β

βThe service is very good. I just recommend for store to stay open a little later during the week so that customers have time to get there after work. Also, many projects are done on the weekends so being open on Saturdays would help a great deal for so many customers. Being open an extra hour or two during the week and at least til 2pm or 3pm on Saturdays would be of great value to customers and would be highly appreciated.β

βIβve been dealing with AWS in total for 4 years, always professional and helpful. Customer service reps always willing to go above and beyond for their customer at least thatβs how they make me feel. And delivery drivers always communicate with me about my delivery if thereβs an issue with my order they come up with different ways for my satisfaction. I will continue on recommending aws for other buildings as well.β

βthe people at this place are great. i am a very small contractor and do not spend a lot of money with them but they really step out to help and the other day i had to call and ask about a product they do not carry and instead of ending the call, the owner got on the computer and gave me the names and locations of two of his competitors who stock the product. old fashioned customer service; treat every inquiry like it is a million dollar sale.β
