I went to Chase this morning to withdraw money for our vacation. The ATM machines inside (the very inside Bank Premises) were inoperative as some renovations were being done. A Bank Staff named BRYAN seeing me approached and helped me and brought me to the teller to withdraw my money. He said I didn’t need to fill up the form. He motioned to the teller to help me out. And wow! The teller named VALERIA was very, very kind, helpful in assisting me. For me this Chase Bank is the best. All their staff are friendly, warm and helpful. I credit this ALSO to their Branch Manager who is also very good with us Bank Customers. I’m very happy and satisfied with THIS Chase Bank Branch, please keep up the Great Work!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Location manager FAZEILA MAHADEO is very unprofessional and is not fit for the job. Visited the location because I was working in the area and left my wallet home. Unfortunately I was in need for $200 and chase wallet would not work. Showed the manager my digital ID, my chase app and was willing to use my SS#. The manager FAZEILA MAHADEO REFUSED to fulfill the need and failed to provide theq customer service. I then went to different chase location and explained my situation and I was able to take the $200 out of my account without any hassle!!

It's a typical Chase with 4 atms accessible 24 hours. When I've used it most machines are working all the time. Staff is courteous. No better or worse than others. Like all NY banks it could always have an unhoused person in there after hours- which is a bit more concerning in age of covid

The guy George is totally incompetent he doesn't have a clue what he's doing, made a huge mistake, closed my account and when I went back for him to correct it he was too busy flirting with customers
