Store used to be so unorganized. It's looking a lot better now, but it still has a way to go. The new staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Just be forewarned, if you run into Pam, she has an attitude problem and tends to sleep on the table in the back of the store.

I went here to buy products and they closed early, lights off gate down, the door clearly states it’s open until 6 pm and I arrived at 5:25 pm. So rude. I came out all the way from Brooklyn with an hour commute. Not to mention I’ve been here before and treated poorly by staff.

that they owe customer service to attend well with kindness yell at people I arrived at the store and the manager was in lamcaja charging and treating badly the person who was charging her that possibly they will pay her salary for that I omitted the situation look for my products and when I went to pay the deal was terrible

I was at this Cosmo Prof store yesterday (March 20th at 3:33 PM ) Cosmo Prof Associate who works at this location was Pamela whom treated me so bad ( for no reason). As soon as I walked in she was very aggressive the way she was talking to me.I don’t know who owns or runs this place but as a hairstylist I dont feel safe to go there. She was complaining about ME to other people while i was there because I had to trade some colors in and she had to check inside the boxes. Whoever owns this branch, watch your cameras. I gave you exact date and time.Tell me what was the reason for me to get such a poor treatment and behavior. Oh also Pamela told me she didn’t know who I was? So if you don’t know her personally you might have hard time getting your business done there.I’m sorry Pamela you had to pick this as a job and have nothing else to do. Hope you change the way you treat people because we are nothing but business for Cosmo prof.

The worst fucking service ever. The woman behind the desk legit spoke to her friends on the phone on speaker as she was trying to ring me out and something didn't scan properly so she decided to just not give it to me? Then I said this is so rude and unprofessional I need that product, doesn't even say hello because she's too busy on the phone, and said oh well it didn't scan and she legit flipped me off. THE RUDEST never go here

Really hard to get someone on the phone at this place. Online it’s says there open till 4 on saturdays and I called the store and pressed option for store hours. They sent me a text message saying they were open til 4pm and there message and there recording also says 4pm. Came from far away and at 3pm they were closed. They dint update there online hours or there phone messages they send out.

Came here on Monday August 22nd in afternoon at 12:45, the place is closed, gates down and all. Website says it’s open for business. Did this location get permanently closed as well?Wasted a trip here for nothing ☹️
