I arrived at 8:53 pm on Monday, doors were already closed guy was inside he looked at me the first time and turned around and went inside a room without saying nothing even knowing that I was trying to explain him that me and my son were just trying just to pick up an order for my son who was with me at that moment exited to get his Pokémon cards. He came back 2 minutes after and made a sign saying it was closed. They have a sign with hours posted in which it said they closed at 9 pm. I’m a pro member by the way. Thanks

They never answer the phone, I left some important documents there and had to call customer service in order to get in touch with them. The young man working there was super nice and patient I purchased “Just Dance 2024” and a screen protector for my sons Switch

Check your receipts before you leave the store. Purchased a game yesterday and the employee Nicolas added the warranty for the game without even asking. I’ve been calling the store since and no one picks up. Had to go through corporate just to try and get a refund.

I never seen anything like this. Store is just closed at random times for various reasons. I wanted to attempt to pick up my game right after work at 9:15PM. GameStop site and google all show holiday hours is 10PM. How can u during holiday rush not be open when ur hours are posted for everyone to see only to be turned away? Gates closed and couple just standing there making large purchase? Just strange. When u call just goes right to call center. I only use GameStop for my $5 certificates no reason for me to waste my time and cancelling membership. I get all my used games on eBay anyway.

As most of the recent reviews say, the store will be randomly closed at night (ttpicall from 8-9). Advised to call ahead of time or even check the best buy near by

Tried to go in on a Saturday night at 8 pm. Was told that they were closed for lunch.No wonder they are losing so much business.When I used to work retail, if no relief was available, I didn't take a break. Customers should come first. That is where your paycheck comes from.

This place is horrible! I will not be shopping at this place anymore. Do yourself the favor and save your time, GO TO BEST BUY DOWN THE BLOCK! This GameStop has a horrible business model. They are never open during their posted hours. The store closes down for 2 hours at a time or opens late pretty regularly or closed early. The staff are rude and just continue on their personal conversations while customers are waiting for service. You pre-order games and consoles and they don't have the items on release dates or aren't open when they are suppose to so you can get your new release items. Wasted so much time going back and forth and talking to employees who just shrug or avoid eye contact. it's not worth my time anymore. I will be giving my money elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE!

Ordered a large package of 18 times 3 months ago that has yet to come and then your customer service accused us of robbery when we have all of the proof that the items were not shipped. Terrible customer service will never order form GameStop again after such horrible treatment and I work in hospitality!! You should be ashamed
