First time using Global Cargo Movers as referred by our friends. I called the office today and was referred to “Kuya Loloy”. He said he’s available today between 4-5pm and he arrived on time to pick up the boxes. Expected to arrive the Philippines in 3 months (more or less I was told). So far, happy with the service and will update my review once the box arrives in the Philippines (hopefully in great and same condition as it was picked up 😊). Thanks Kuya Loloy!

The Cargo agent from Queens K——r was unprofessional. Gives u a pick time does not show up, does not respond to calls or messages following up on whether he will pick up the cargo or not!!!
Called the supervisor in NJ was bounced around to two other people with no resolution!!!
Very poor customer service. Will never use again!!!

I did three shipments with this company…. 4 -5 Balikabayan boxes each delivery, all arrived safely and nothing broken. I shipped fragile items and glass. All good. Very friendly staff at Woodside location.
