I contacted Macro International Cargo in December in order to mail a balikbayan box to friends in The Philippines. When I called, the manager got back to me in an hour, and was kind, informative, and helpful. The shipping costs and ship times are quite reasonable. It was my first time to their location, so the manager told me where I could park, and even offered to bring the invoice to my car.

Been using this company since 2018 and they are always reliable and efficient. Pick up at their Paraňaque office is very easy. Highly recommend.

Easy to set up a pick up and follow up your shipment. It took only 2 months to arrive in Manila, one month earlier than other companies.

Shipped 7 boxes in 2 tranches. Everyone I dealt with were nice and professional. All boxes came in good shape. I highly recommend them!

I am giving 5 stars. I like Macro because there's so many options especially when you send money. Also the workers are super nice and have patient to the costumers.

For the last 4 days I have been trying to contact this company. They claim to be open from 9 am to 6 pm. But when I call all hours of the days and leaves numerous chat & voice messages I get no reply. Can someone please let me know if they are still in business.Update*** They just called me and now informed me of their new prices of $85 shipping. I said let me ask my wife and call you back and now they don't answer no more. Thank You

I was using this company to send my box going to Leyte for 2 yrs. first box was arrived on time. The next year my 2nd box got a problem. Since I spoke to the lady about my box is ready to pick up. She was a kind of rude person, I am a customer be nice to us, you have to work with us, we send our box not for free, that's your business not ours. Since then they picked up my box was January, then Month of May my family asking me again where is my balikbayan box they did not receive yet, usually it takes 3 months but now is already 5 months since they picked up my box from my house, I called the office and they said hintayin nyo lang darating din yon. Ok I said to my self maybe it will arrive soon. Now month of June exactly 6 months later Still my box was not deliver yet. so, I emailed the comapny , then they replied it was already delivered on March??????? but it was not!!! what's going on. Now they needs to find my box where it could be. Middle of July or Augustmy box arrived at home. It was missing at first, so guys I write down my experience this company so be aware, tracks your BB box all the time.

Everything would have been perfect except for 2 things: (1) the place needs to be cleaned and cleared of clutter because it has hardly any place for clients - the clutter takes up so much space; and (2) the lady who seems to be the owner of the place needs to tone down her voice, refrain from talking back to and intimidating clients. She keeps saying it is her natural voice and tone but it is not acceptable all the time. Not everyone has the tolerance for her brutal and tactless remarks that are inappropriate for someone in the business of client service.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give it a 0 star if I could. My experience is really bad at Macro International Cargo. The representative had an attitude from the beginning. I was trying to be nice but she kept giving me the attitude the whole time. I was asking for a quote and she only gave me vague quote. So I asked more specifically but she said I answered you that question but she didn't. During that process she was talking louder at me and also giving me an attitude. I have told her in respectful way that " I would appreciate if you do not speak to me like that because you have been giving me an attitude". But she continues to speak with attitude and said I am not understanding her as if I do not speak or comprehend English. I understand what she was saying but she refused to give me a total price. All I am asking was a total price which she did not give me. And on top of it, she hanged up the phone. VERY RUDE & SUSPECIOUS.DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM.

This is one of the best places I gave found to do remittances to the Philippines. They offer a number of options with reasonable fees. I use them to do my express shipments over LBC as they have lower rates and faster deliveries. The staff her is exceptional and friendly except for more mature lady. I recommend trying this business for remittances and express shipments

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO INITIATIVE TO NOTIFY/INFORM CUSTOMERS REGARDING THE TRACKING NUMBER. YOU CAN’T TRACK YOUR PACKAGES UNLESS YOU BUG THEM OUT. SO MUCH SARCASM AND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF DEALING WITH CLIENTS.

There is a grouchy lady in here. 0 customer service. Was suppose to send a laptop to the Philippines and was just asking if how much is the fee and insurance and what if it gets lost. I just need the assurance that it won’t be lost in the mail and if it gets lost at least I get something. She responded with” even your life you cannot be sure “. So much sarcasm and bitterness in her! I don’t recommend. After all, you are not the only forwarder. Always remember customer service is a priority! Smile lady!
