Yes that's her. She came of as nice. We chatted. After a 4th time going due to no internet service on the phone. She all the sudden is not helpful told me the phone is old. I had no internet before switching. Will update if this issue is resolved. Either I'm getting my money back or I'm getting on money back. Something has to happen. I'm extremely upset.

Just went to 61 st woodside next to rite aid pay my bill but this metro seller abigail lied to me about my internet fee not mentioning about it when i ask her before i bought the watch and told her help me to cancell it instead pushing me away than solving the problem . And even she lied about her name .iv been customer for long long time but she just laughing at me hope she get fired metro doesnt need people liar like her.

In the store I was served by 6101 woodside, I bought a Samsung A15 phone, the total I paid 200 dollars per zell to the owner's account I have documents, today I went to pay my line and it turns out that first it is not in my name 'second on the account there are two lines which I only bought one and third they promised me the 30 dollar plan and now they say that I have to pay $ 71 pains, I called customer service and they were going to go to the police because they deceived me and they told me to go to another store and I went but the girl said I couldn't enter because there was a security code.

**SCAM ALERT**
We got slim cards on the $50 unlimited plan on the same account. We
were told 2 lines would be $77.61 per
month total. We checked that the plan included canada and mexico too and prepaid 2 months for
$155.21. We didn't receive a paper receipt because we were told it will be texted to us and the transaction was $126 paid for 1 month. Calling up we found they added on extras we didn't ask for so we cancelled those. We went in the store and asked for the receipt and the guy said the machine was broken, we pressed more and it suddenly worked and saw a $27.22 charge for a screen protector the guy said was for the sim card and there's nothing he could do. Don't go there, what an ugly experience I went to buy a phone and they gave me a tablet that I didn't ask for. I also asked for my number and they told me a new number and that they were going to leave me on my same plan and now I have to pay more now they don't want to fix it. The boy Queny helped me, and I want you to help me stay alone with only the payment for my line

They do not care about you unless youre paying a bill or buying a phone. I called to ask some questions and the guy didnt speak much english and got frustrated and hung up the phone. I went to the store to get my questions answered and he tried to hide.

Do not come to this store, they are just liars and scammers. I came to buy a phone that was supposedly free for changing from T Mobile to MetroPCS. And I left paying $490 when the receipt says 476. The woman called Alejandra who was in front of the store. store that served me was the one that scammed me. I gave him 15 20 bills, a 100 bill, a 50 bill and two 20 bills. He had to return $14.
